Great place although they rarely have any sizes above 11 mens

Great experience. My daughter tried on the same style shoe at Shoe Carnival and Journeys. The shoes from Journeys noticeably were higher quality and made better than the other stores for the same price. Plus, the customer service here was amazing. Will buy from here again.

Nice people but I ordered shoes that had to be shipped to me. Now they’re 5-3 days late and I need to leave town without my new shoes. Better off just buying off of Amazon. Retail is a dying industry.Update: After chatting with customer service, they offered me a $10 gift card. Which almost covers a pair of shoelaces. Maybe one single sock.Wonderful.

Today is Feb06/2019.The manager dude there this morning was super helpful and personable.I came in asking for simply the original black Doc Martens with the soft leather no bs and he hooked me up and helped me find the right size.As a fellow footwear enthusiast it was cool that he was knowledgeable and could answer questions.They didn’t have the Uggs my Wife wanted in her size so he ordered them to my house.Also for Military/Vets I think they do10% off in store purchases with your ID.I’ve been a few places trying to buy boots since I came back but Journeys outshines them by far.Customer service isn’t dead.#MakeAmericanMallsGreatAgain
