If you need an associate here GOOD LUCK! They’re hard to come by! I was able to find everything I needed though, so I’ll still give that five star rating. Clean and well stocked areas! Unless it’s the Halloween items although I’d assume it’s merely because it’s close to that time. Good store!

So I came into Target and I observed Annabelle use extreme professionalism with her guest however Savannah gave me the Greatest experience Ive EVER had at a target she should be commended her smile reaches her eyes and her demeanor is spectacular go see her at their new location starting in sept by wal-mart on west Saginaw.

I am very happy with all of my shopping experiences at Target. The store is clean, staff friendly and helpful, displays are attractive, and I love the products offered. I am mainly reviewing today because due to the pandemic and also due to recent illness, I have used curbside pickup at a few stores and Target’s curbside pickup is fantastic, the best of all. It is very quick and contactless, has nice designated parking spots, and the app has buttons to click when you are on your way and when you are there along with car description. Staff brings items out quickly and in nice bags.

I was followed by some random man in the store in the middle of my shopping trip last winter. A male staff member came up to me and told me about the random guy following me and walked me back to my car safely... So bad experience at Target, but that staff member was great

Target had exactly what I wanted at a lower price than Ive seen anywhere. The man that met me at the door directed me where to go - he actually came over and got my purchase - was very nice - friendly and was smiling - you should give that guy a raise. :-)

I had the best customer service on Tuesday November 10th. I was shopping in the electronics department between 12:30, and one. Two associates worked so hard to find an item I was looking for. They were so courteous, kind, and efficient. I had a great experience. I appreciate their effort, and diligence.

Very timely - same-day pick-up; had all items I wanted; had items I cant get anywhere else (e.g., peppermint bark ice cream: 2 different brands); and was promptly greeted when I came in and someone got my items promptly for me. The only thing better would be to have someone bring my items out to my vehicle so I dont have to come inside, and also for a customer to be able to remotely check in from their phone when close to parking lot to minimize wait time.

So worried about covid and mask wearing when drinking a pop, that they forget as employees to wash there own hands after going to the bathroom and one million people can touch the self checkout before they sanitize. Target is a joke!

The Okemos target never lets me down. I love shopping this location.

I love Target and the employees here are very friendly. I’ve shop here often for many years. However with that being said I’m disappointed you guys don’t enforce the “mandatory mask rule” Yes you have signs stating that you have to wear a mask but the employees there don’t actually enforce it and allow people into the store. I even witnessed a employee check out someone without a mask. The last two times I was there I counted a total of 8 people without mask. For now on only going to be able to do curbside. Sad because I’m high risk and not every thing I need is approved for curbside.

Super dissapointed in Target right now. I bought a dress at the Jackson Target. Did not realize they put an XS on an XL hanger until I got home. Went to Lansing Target the same day since its closer to me, to return/exchange the dress. Employee told me I cannot exchange or return an item bought the same day I bought it from another store. Like what? How does that make sense? Target needs to up there game. So frustrating!!

Targets Drive Up service is AMAZING. Ordering online and having a store member shop your order and bring them directly to your car is a lifesaver every time! Having little kids it’s nearly impossible to shop, Target makes it so easy!

This Target has consistently remained fully stocked and been good about utilizing best practices for distancing and cleanliness.

My local store is doing an excellent job with cleaning during the pandemic. I especially like the deals and coupons in the Target app.

Atrocious. Absolutely atrocious. And shopping at Targets nationally on drives cross-country from state-to-state ... Ive NEVER been treated with such disrespect than at the check out area here. If you care about humans treating other humans with dignity and customer service treating the customer with dignity then I would BOYCOTT this establishment because they run completely opposite to corporate standards.

Upon arrival in the store there was no cart cleaning supplies or hand sanitizer, nor any evidence that anyone else was cleaning the carts between customer. I went shopping for swimming pools and childrens bicycles as well as womens shorts. There were no pools or bikes and the selection of shorts was disappointing. I did find some jumbo crayons for a good price. When I arrived at the checkout counter with my one and only item the crayons rang up for three dollars more than the display said. The clerk wouldnt honor the price on the display and said that someone must have stocked them wrong. It was an utter waste of my time. I was rather frustrated, but in their defense I went to 4 other stores that have historically carried kiddie pools and no one has them. Apparently pools and bicycles are items that we cant get due to COVID?

I was just surfing while in the car looking for some storage tubs. I found what I wanted quickly online @ Target,, purchased it (with a discount) and on sale. It was ready when we got there only about 15 minutes later! Friendly, efficient people. Great product and price, quick, easy and enjoyable. Doesnt get better than that!

Not a Super Target, but gets the job done nicely for a regular Target store. Limited options sometimes, but usually has enough to find exactly what you need. Employees have always been polite and friendly, and has had someone monitoring lane flow for back-up at checkout whenever I have gone during peak hours and seasons. There are three Targets in the area, and this is my preferred one.

Casey brought my order out at Drive-Up. Even if it was almost closing time, he was still professional and kind. It was cold outside too! Thanks Casey!

Unique compared to most grocery/department stores. Clean and quiet shopping experience. Kinda weird they dont have tap and pay at checkout, given the prominence of the chain and the technologically advancing era we live in.

I love target. This target in general seems to be stocking or changing things in the store a lot. I dont mind that so much as this store, as most target stores, has a problem with dry groceries being past the date. Be sure to check them before purchasing, especially in this targets coffee selection.

I went to west saginaw Target today with two of my kids. I couldnt figure out how to order something to the store (to get an online sale price), my kids broke a bottle of wine, and I stopped in the cafe. Every employee I dealt with from the person stocking (who had to deal with the wine), to the checkout girls (who helped me get the sale price) to the cafe worker (who gave my kids free fruit) was absolutely kind, patient, and helpful. It really made my day. That kind of customer service is rare!!

Great place to shop, I especially love their cleaning products, particularly the store brand called Method, as well as the household products and and grocery goods.

I live on the other side of town (Okemos) but always enjoy your store set-up. I started looking for one thing and ended up getting a basket. Extremely pleasing is that I discovered online that you carried the fuzzy socks in a knee-high. My neuropathy causes not only my feet to be cold at night but also my lower legs. Ive look all over for the kind of socks I wanted fortunately Target came up online as the first option. Staff was friendly and though I used the self-checkout, a manager (sorry I did not get her name) approached me and we talked about my finding the knee socks and other things at the store.

The staff are very nice and the store is great.

They didnt have a few items I was looking for, but the mens restroom smelled better than any mens restroom Ive ever used. I dont know what air freshener they use but its fantastic.

Two folks asked to help me and the ones that waited on me, were cheerful and helpful...the items were of the quality I expected....it was a nice experience...

If you need to pick up some non-food items and dont want to deal with the chaos of Meijers, this Target is always very chill. Usually I go here to use the pharmacy, whose techs are really nice and happy to answer my questions. Ive rarely had to wait in line here. Once in a while you can catch some good deals here-- Ive had the best luck in bedding and kitchen-related stuff.Because there is generally less traffic at this Target than at the nearby Meijers, my guess is that disabled people will find this store easier to navigate. Fewer shopping carts, fewer people in a rush.The clothing section could absolutely use a better setup. Also, Target seems non-committal when it comes to produce-- like, just stop carrying it, dudes! Or, start carrying good stuff.

Mid-sized Target store with a small grocery area. Overall I enjoy Targets selection, but recently the check-out experience has been subpar. Maybe its just the new holiday help needing more training?

They dont give you any quarters. Dont carry a lot of products like Meijer. I do love the selection of cards.

Went in to get a new phone for my wife. Couldnt have been happier with the mobile tech that helped us. He was very patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process.

I just moved here from Illinois and the first time I go in this one in lansing, I not only get asked if Im finding everything okay but then I get told about the app Cartwheel! The lady I spoke to was so nice and so helpful. I think this store should start showing the one in Illinois how its done, lol.

If I could give less then one star I would do so. I had a return with the receipt payed debit, the women explained to me that she could only put it on a gift card. I called the Target across town and they said she lied to me and should have given me the money back. I will never shop at this store again. Horrible service!

The staff are hopeful I just wish they had more for African American hair it was a shock to find four shelves with very little products. The management must remember minorities spend their there and they work there too. I am sending a message to the corporate office asking the question about products for minorities.

I came in today having no idea how to use the cartwheel app. I also had a egift card but wasnt linked to my barcode, on the app, at the time my cashier scanned it. She had to redo my purchase and instead of getting upset she politely and kindly walked me through how to use it.
