Needed to have my motherboard replaced and not only did I get my laptop back faster than anticipated, the price for the repair was way less than anywhere else that quoted me for the same repair. Had a problem with my desktop not turning on properly. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, very quick to service my PC. The problem was diagnosed, fixed and returned by the next day. My mom n dad were having problems with their computer, they took it there and the tech / owner fixed it and did not charge them. My pop tried to give him something, but he stated it was a small problem. You can bet I will be giving him my business. Thx for your help

Laptop wouldnt power on. Free diagnostic check was exactly what I needed. He told me my charger was no longer working, showed me how he found that, and did not charge me anything.

Had it fixed earlier than estimated and a fair price

I brought my surface pro to the shop because I had a wireless mouse adaptor stuck in the USB port. He explained to me that he could take it for the day and take the piece out, however my USB port may be messed up permanently. I accepted the offer for him to remove it and just deal with it. He removed it and my USB still works! When I asked how much it would be he said “no charge”. I will definitely be going back for any issues! He was super nice and prompt. Will recommend 100%!!
