Since moving to the area 3 years ago I have been going to the eye clinic and recieved excellent service from staff and optometrist as well. I would recommend their services and will return!!

We came for a childs eye appointment. From the time I called over the phone to schedule the appointment until the end of the visit we were highly pleased. Dr. Lisa, the manager, and staff were very professional and awesome. We have had several eye appointments at other places and this by far was our best visit. They care about the child, their comfort and total visit experience. Thank you and we will recommend everyone to you. Another family had recommended the office to us and we were glad we came.

I went in for an issue with my eye. They charged me for my “prescription” visit (along with other services to check my eye out) and because my eyes were in pain and I couldn’t physically try on contacts at that time, they are insisting on charging me out of pocket for a second visit JUST TO ORDER NEW CONTACTS. I will be changing doctors indefinitely and never coming back and my new doctor will get my visit. Horrible customer service, inflexibility and deception. I would look elsewhere for your eye needs. One also important point, I’ve been going to Dr. Schillman for years and her administrative group just indefinitely lost her a patient.

This eye doctor is one of the greatest of them all, patient friendly an concerned about the importance of our vision..he show concern, an give recommendations for specialist..2 and opinions and surgeons.

Showed up at 9:13 for a 9:00 appointment and was turned me away.. last time I go there, I was late due to a train which was beyond my control. They didnt even want to hear why I was late. Frustrating. I wont be going back.

I made an appointment online for 5pm next week and they called and told me since I have Medicaid they only do morning appointments M-F and they’re not scheduling till two months from now. It’s ridiculous that I can’t make an appointment anytime just because I have Medicaid.

This eye doctor has declined ever since myeyedr took over. The service is horrible. The staff is unhelpful. When we went to pick up my child’s glasses, they were the wrong color. They were teal, but we ordered brown frames. The staff told me I just couldn’t tell my colors. Then, when we needed a new frame for her they told me what I wanted was discontinued and they couldn’t call anywhere else to see if they had it. When we couldn’t find anything else we liked they told me to go to another branch. At the other branch they told me they could get the frame from another store no problem! Last week I was in to get a note signed for my child’s school. They made me wait forever to sign a half sheet of paper and told me the customers they had waiting were their priority!! I’ve gone to Dr. Carmine for 25 years and never had a problem, but after the last three terrible experiences, I’ll never go back.

Ive been a patient for over 10 years, and through the transition from Carmine Vision to MyEyeDr. I recently started having issues with my vision so I used the website to make a same day appointment. They called me back 3 times to decline my appt: 1) to tell me Id have to pay out of pocket for my visit - so I accepted, 2) to tell me they wouldnt take my old lenses back if I had a vision change (which I didnt ask about - that wasnt my request), 3) to say the Dr wanted me to go to a specialist instead of seeing her. All I wanted was to be seen so I could find out what was going on with my vision. The specialist cant see me until mid August. Its a shame to have to wait until then.Then to add salt to the wound, they texted and called me back the next day to say I missed my appt, and asked if I wanted to reschedule. She didnt want to see me! Why would I reschedule? For them to call me back to decline again???Sorry MyEyeDr, but you just lost a patient. Thats terrible customer service.

Took my girls to get their glasses and everyone was so helpful and sweet to the girls. They were very knowledgeable about insurances. I would highly recommend to my family and friends.

This office has declined in every way since switching to a MyEyeDr. affiliate. I do not recommend this office to anyone! I would give negative stars if I could.
