Are you serious? My Aunt who does not live in Lansing and has never been here, could not get the senior discount and her birthday is one week away! The food is good, the waitress was kind and efficient. However, whoever the manager is, put a bad taste my mouth that you need identification from the sweet gray haired lady. Ill be back but Im not a happy customer today.
Very accommodating for our large family of 15. The food was excellent. Our waitress was not assisted by managers as I would have expected as she was overwhelmed. She was well compensated for her efforts!
Customer Service Skills were Great and the food was delicious. For the money I spent it was worth the price and more. Ill recommend this place to my family and friends

Was craving for a good omelet for months! Finally ran upon a real good one. Enjoyed my breakfast there. So much so that it was more than I could eat in one sitting. I had to get doggie bag. Will be returning!!
For better than 3 years, I hadnt eaten at this Round The Clock due to poor food taste, food preparation and customer service. However, this time the food was properly prepared and quite tasty. The server, alone with management were courteous.
When I was being seated the table was dirty so I had to wait until it was cleaned off which didnt take long at all, however the reason for my 2 star rating was the food just wasnt that great. I had pancakes which were like sponges, American potatoes which had no seasonings not even an onion or bell pepper, I had to drown it in salt and pepper which I am NOT an advocate for adding salt to anything. Lastly I had fatty under cooked bacon. The service was wonderful but Ill pass on the food. Probably wont be returning.
I understand closing at 3pm because of a shortage of workers. But it wasnt that busy. And I watched at least three servers standing around the hostess area the whole time. Food was good. Wait for a table was long. Server was Carissa, Caliya? And she was amazing. Good job with a huge table full of people and one really picky one. She must have cleared at least $60 in tips, and well earned. Great service.
The food is great but the service is dissapointing. They are wild inconsistent, whenever I order pickup they were late SEVERAL times and I always let it slide because I understand things are tough right now... but please be honest about your wait times and dont make me wait an extra 40 minutes. I ordered the meal as I usually do and did not receive my soup and bread and pie despite the meal being the same price.Upsetting to see how this place has changed, not to mention their new hours are trash
I understand that if you have a large party that you may have to wait but at this particular Round the Clock they had us wait 45 minutes telling us they wouldnt have a table as we look at a table for a party of more than 13 which was our number sit uncleaned we also witnessed four of the tables get cleaned in the entire time we waited there around the tables they said they were going to get for usinsult came to injury when a couple got up from another table close to wear they were going to seat us leavethis couple got there after we did so we leftI do not recommend Round the Clock I do understand Staffing I do understand the number of patrons but they were not busy as several single, double tables with for chairs around them were emptyso we left with the 2 elderly 1 handicapped and 6 other individuals to a much better place
Very nice patient staff. Even though they were under staffed, they accommodated our very large party of mostly seniors for our 95 year old granny birthday.
Wide variety of dinners to choose from. Very affordable. The food we have was really good as was our server. Will certainly patronize again.
It was ok nothing to really write home about BUT I will say that meat lovers skillet was pretty good and plentiful.

Hello Well me and two coworkers went there to eat.the food was not good.just that I never had chicken and gravy with the chicken fried and then They Poured the gravy on the fried chicken Not real gravy then the biscuit was like an big sponge the broccoli taste like slime I dont know what that was.but I know that was the last time for me.but to each his own.take care folks.

This was my first time visiting, and when I say the food was FIRE!... Im talking down right delicious. I got the French Toast Breakfast which came with 4-slices of bacon, 2-scrambled eggs, a ton of hashbrowns and of course French Toast (2-slices). Baby, that french toast was so good, I didnt even put syrup on mine...the meal was so large, I had to take the rest with me. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant. I highly recommend visiting...😎
It was freezing in there my food was cold by time we said grace and got to eating. Food is great but you cant enjoy it when it fell like below zero in the restaurant it had my knee hurting thats how cold it was lol.....THE FOOD IS TO FREEZE FOR I LOVE THEY FOOD

Horrible service.. waitress didn’t even check on us till we were ready to leave. No silverware till almost done with food. Took her sweet time to bring us everything and when we were ready to pay the people at the front weren’t even nice and didn’t even say have a good day or nothing this round the clock is the worst one I’ve been to and will never be back 😡

This was a nice place. I came here for brunch. My friend and I got the garden skillet. My friend enjoyed the skillet but I didn’t because I forgot to tell the waitress not to put cheese on it. We went on a Sunday around 1:45ish. It was busy but not crowded. Our waitress was very polite and helpful. I’d go here again.
Went there for fathers day and the food was terrible. You could pick up the entire bowl of oatmeal just by lifting the spoon. I ordered the gyro breakfast plate, they mustve knew I was coming because it looked as if it was just sitting out for hours waiting to be given to the first person who ordered it. The gyro meat was very dark, hard, and stale. I gave it back to the waitress and ordered the chicken and waffles, the chicken was HARD, no flavor, was just....plain. I can say that waffles was good though although I couldnt finish it because after all that terrible food, I no longer had an appetite. First and last time there.
Poor had a group of friends Sunday morning meet there an they would only let us put it all on one ticket wouldnt let my guest have separate tickets .Who Carrys cash anymore .oh an they didnt have any Steak said they were all out who doesnt plan to sell steaks on a Sunday? We wont be going back to this restarant.😒

Establishment was very clean. Hostess was very friendly and polite, we didnt have to wait to be seated. Waitress immediately asked if she could get us anything to drink. Food was good and we didnt have to wait long for it to come out. Overall experience was excellent. Will return soon.

The food was okay, nothing to write home about but not bad. The hostess was not wearing a bra and you could definitely tell, it was uncomfortable. We had 2 different waitresses and both of them were terrible. When we asked for a box, we waited 20 mins before we saw one of the waitresses again and we again asked for a box. Another 10 mins go by and then we ask for the check. She gives us A check, but not ours. And of course we waited another 10 mins for one of them to come back so we could tell them. Another 10 mins before they found the right check. We could see both of the waitresses just standing around talking to each other while we (and all the people around us) waited. Overall, the food was okay and the service was terrible. We wont be returning to this Round the Clock.
The service was good but there was a huge argument that broke out from the back with a waitress yelling, screaming and cursing at another staff member. It was more than unsettling on a Saturday afternoon. I was not my choice to visit there and not looking forward to a return visit.
Just never going back..not even worth telling how I really feel, I ordered take out,two pork chops and boiled eggs with hash browns, when I got to the restaurant to pay and pick up my order,due to me, TrustingMy food smelled and tasted as if the cooking utensils were not cleaned properly, I can smelled the pot not the food,one of my chops looked like it had been tasted and they forgot to give me the second of the two,and had nasty attitudes.....I dont care about what anyone else says, Ill never go back to the Lansing Illinois location!!!
If you see this place and you hungry. Keep it moving. This place is not it. We literally sat for an whole hour before a small portion of our meal came out.Understand that we are talking about pancakes and eggs. Asked to speak to the manager and she came over with no substance at all. She say she talks to her cooks all the time to no avail.Umm your cooks are not my situation. Granted the waiter was good. He really put the effort in.The issue starts at the top. The manager did not take control of the situation. Maybe if she wasnt standing at the front laughing and playing with the hostess, then more can get done.Food was not good at all. We just told them nevermind at that point.

The food was tasty & delivered promptly. The ambience and music was appropriate for the time of day. Service was as attentive as the busy atmosphere would allow. All around, a pleasant experience to which I will likely return.
This location specifically is TERRIBLE with their customer service! I’ve placed pick up orders on TWO DIFFERENT OCCASIONS and BOTH times they’ve forgotten to put the order in. Once I get to the restaurant i expected to have an order ready to go and that’s never the case here.The worst part is that they don’t even apologize for their mistakes. I highly recommend just driving a few additional minutes to the location in Highland, IN where they deserve your money.
I had an absolutely great time at RTC Lansing with my buddies. Our server Gary was the most personable, fun, friendly guy and ended up hanging out with us just as much as we were with each other. The food was just as good as Id expect of RTC. The waffle fries were lightly battered and tasted great, chicken tenders were piping hot and just crispy enough. Burger was awesome, and big. I couldnt finish it all.
First time at this restaurant. Treating my brother there for fathers day. Boy was that food goooooood ! ! ! . Our waiter was knew however he was extremely great and he checked on us ocassionally to provide everything we needed. Oh by the way, their restroom was extremely clean and it had a beautiful scent in the restroom.
This was my second time dining & it was a complete opposite from the first time. The food quality and service was drastically different (poor).
I had the chicken parmesan Panini it was very good and there was so much of it I ate half and had the other half for dinner my sister had a cheeseburger and she enjoyed that too

Just came from this place and it was a 30 minute wait which was fine. When we were seated we waited another 30 minutes and not one waiter came to take our order! The entire area never got a waiter!!!!! While everybody just standing around the register and not seeing about their customers. They need new people or more people to work because whatever they are doing ain’t working!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Our waitress barely came over. She didnt bring silverware or anything until we asked AFTER our food had arrived. It took her another 5 minutes to locate some, meanwhile our food was getting cold. She never came to check on us but once when we asked for something else. It took her another while before she brought it over, dropped the check off and walked away without a word. When we went to pay, it was like it was inconveniencing the women at the counter who were all talking to each other. One turned around long enough to take the payment and turned right back around to talk. Didnt say thanks for coming or anything. They have a sign that says NO CASH REFUNDS ONLY CREDIT OR REMADE MEALS. I guess we arent the only ones getting bad service here. Thankfully Ill never have to eat here again.

I always pass this place up because I had a terrible experience a few years ago . Decided to give them a chance again and I regret it . I ordered French toast and I asked that they not top it with a lot of strawberries, they DRENCHED It with strawberry glaze🤢. The sausage links looked like Logs, and burnt, and so were the hash browns. The hash browns taste like OLD Potatoes. No wonder there always empty.
The senior price is awesome. The orange chicken is so good there was plenty to eat with this meal made with fresh vegtables it comes with your drink and desert too

I enjoy this location from time to time. The Customer Service is Friendly, and the food is close to a home cooking.
My husband and I went for breakfast. We were seated sooner than expected. Our waitress, Tiffany was very nice and attentive and the food was amazing. My omelette was huge, piping hot and very flavorful. In fact, it was the best omelette Ive ever had. I, myself have never made one that tasted better. I look forward to dining with them again soon.

We loved it! The food was great and prices more than reasonably. Our waitress, Tiffany was excellent. We had mixed feelings going there but we are happy once we got our food. Also Tiffany was helpful about the menu and her suggestions were spot on.
They changed back to the original steak meat that they were using pre pandemic. It is seasoned well and taste great!

Service was not the best. I ordered breakfast and the hashbrowns were cold. The whole experience with the service was fair. I went to ladies washroom and proceeded to use bathroom, reached over to get toilet tissue and the roll was EMPTY. My, I was in a dilemma and there was no one in there to hand me toilet tissue. They should have someone go into the bathroom to check to make sure tissue was on the roll. Just not high on the list of cleanliness.
Every time I come here the whole crew operates as if they’re still in training. My waitress just asked me what did I need all the way across the room as if I should yell my answer. The food was poor poor quality. I got my second order WAY after my first one. I had to ask for my sides that already come with the order because they didn’t bring it up. The waiter never checked on me on his own I kept calling him over. I’m not coming back.
The chicken and waffles were off the chain the chicken was cooked right and the waffles were fresh and plump
The service here is POOR! The waitress had no life in her, the fruit was nowhere near fresh, and one of the workers fixing a salad dropped a croton and picked it up with her bare hands and put it back on the salad that was going to someone! This will be my 1st and last time eating here EVER!

The few times Ive been here the food has been poorly seasoned. When I ordered at 6am today it was amazing. Everything was perfect. The biscuits and gravy were delicious (a little salty but delicious). The RTC skillet was good, however the potatoe to veggie ratio was a bit off. The country steak skillet though was absolutely amazing. I think the Togo box weighed near 5 pounds! If youre going to try this place Id definately reccomend it in the early morning!
My friends and I went to this specific Round The Clock after volleyball on a FRIDAY! When we arrived it was roughly 9:30pm. I had just gotten off a call and after the call, we proceeded to go in. As we’re going in, this group of women went in before us and my group and theirs, were told that it was a 20 minute wait. We said it wasnt too bad and that we’d wait. They handed us our buzzers and we waited. The ladies were seated in 20 minutes. From when we were handed the buzzers, I went across the street to the gas station and even got a drink because I was dehydrated. I made many phone calls to pass time. 10:00pm hit and we were not seated yet. This group walked in around 10:15-10:20 and were seated right away. at 10:30 my friend was fed up and said “We have been waiting here for a long time and we haven’t been seated yet. The hostess had said “im sorry i just got here.” the one before her, while she was leaving, had the audacity to say “oh theyve only been here since 10:00 and were told it was a 30 minute wait” she had the audacity to lie when i had messages and calls from that location that were time stamped before 10:00. The they said “plus we only have two servers”... WHAT CHAIN RESTAURANT THAT IS OPEN 24 HOURS... would only have 2 servers... ON A FRIDAY NIGHT?!?! That is completely ignorant and disrespectful. I hope they fix that establishment. If you dont know how a restaurant should handle, or for some reason don’t have enough employees wanting to work, then you should either get a new job or literally figure out what you’re doing wrong.

Regular Coffee was horrible very light .My husband ordered decaffeinated his Coffee was strong then mines.There Bacon didnt taste like bacon i really had a bad experience. I dont recommend this place!

Bad service would not go there again. I would recommend Round The House in Schererville, IN. They are great and Ive been there a lot of times.

It was great no one was in there so it felt like I rented out the whole restaurant for my date. Food was delicious. They did bring out the wrong meat but it was still good so we kept it. Didnt realize dessert was included and so that was a plus. It super cheap. A meal for two was less then $30 for a full dinner and a dessert. Definitely would go again despite the small mistake.
Loved the broccoli soup 🤤 the dessert was on point, look forward to trying more food from here. Servers had good customer service as well.
