Like everyone else said. Everyone at the company is more then rude and doesn’t care about customers. Not sure how they stay in business but I see them everywhere. Looks like people don’t mind using disrespectful companies as a vendor. Home city ice is RUDE.

They must not want customers very bad because they hung up on me and wouldnt pick up after trying to call back and they wont return a voicemail.
