The service was great, but the prices arent very good. My local Airgas (Midland, MI) offers 50% off on the first fill when purchasing a new cylinder. The folks at the Lansing store charge full price. Its not the biggest deal in the world, but thats a 10 to 13% difference in price depending on how you look at it. For a 125CF tank of argon the difference is about $36.

Im a weekend welder/fabricator. Im more informed than the average person but way less informed than the average welder. These guys have always treated me with respect and been extremely helpful. Id recommend them to anyone who needs welding/fab supplies.

Extremely slow customer service and the people are not friendly. They aren’t especially helpful and you’re treated as an annoyance

Lowsey service. There supposed to keep us supplied with tanks. We have a lot of customers who need them. They no where come close to keeping us supplied. We tried to pick some up, they wouldnt let us. Very disappointed.
