I called pit clean to vacuum out the storm drain in my parking lot and I got an estimate of $ 900.00 from their service managerAfter they finish the job in less than an hour I got the invoice for $ 1050.00, when I asked him that we agreed on $ 900.00 he said did I give it to you in writing?To me this was very unprofessional and distrustful on a part of a company that claims trustworthy and professionalI will not ever use them nor recommend them to anyone

I had water backing up in my yard and flooding the back half of it. I tried to get a few local places to come out and check my drain system without much luck. I called Schultz and they came out the next day. They televised my storm drain and found a crushed section of pipe.I was given an on the spot no pressure estimate to fix the drain. They also told me how I could fix it myself if I wanted. After a few days I decided to just have Schultz do the repair, which went well.If youre having drain problems I recommend giving them a call. They gave me upfront estimates which they stuck to, and they got the job done pretty quick.

The Schultz crew was here working in development next to my house to resolve a clogged ravine drain that was causing huge issues to 14 mile road and was flooding our property and home. Thank you to the HOA for getting them out to cleanout drain and help get water problem under control. Brian and the team where so professional and you can tell that they really cared that we all were impacted by this issue.

The company definitely needs to rethink The Who they have working in the office representing the face of this company. She is absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. Customer service is not the work she should be in. My recommendation don’t settle with this company, there is way better out there.

Highly inconsiderate sent one of their huge tanker trucks to a car wash right next to my home and woke up the whole neighborhood at 730 am with a considerate amount of noise coming from their truck for hours. No consideration for people with a baby trying to sleep. Like you guys couldn’t have came later in the day? Wanted to call the cops on these people and give a noise complaint but didn’t want to be a Karen. You guys suck!

One of your drivers today, exiting on exit 106 in grand blanc missed his exit and before he missed he swerved off the exit, a grey semi truck had to swerve behind him to the left and slow down from about 60 to 20-25, including all the cars following the grey semi needless to say your driver almost caused a huge accident and possibly could’ve been a really big pile up.
