I ordered a part for my floor buffer on 4/16/21. On 5/5/21 I called to check on the part. Customer service rep stated they would have to call back. That did not happen.. On 5/10/21 I called again. The rep was sounded annoyed I had called and told me it would ship within the week. That did not happen.. So here we are over a month later 5/18/21 I called again. It shipped today finally!I will never order a part from this company for my business again.

You have a customer service receptionist, Domingo Quintanilla, who was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I asked to leave a message for someone and he ignored my question and demanded, whos calling? When I asked if I could leave a message again, he didnt answer, he just hung up on me. When I called back, he hung up another two times on me. I was shocked at the unprofessional manner displayed by this person towards a potential customer! If this is the face of your company, you need to talk to this person about business etiquette.

I have been ordering COVID-19 cleaning products from Michco since the pandemic started. Their prices have remained stable and fair and the customer service has been awesome! When there is a shortage or an anticipated shortage of a product, they provide helpful recommendations for alternatives. Extremely happy doing business with these folks!

Not sure what the bad reviews are about, but the folks at Michco were very accommodating to me. Im a seasoned business person and I REALLY appreciate GOOD customer service, which is exactly what I received from these folks. When I contacted them needing to purchase a bunch of 17 sanding screens, I told them I was coming from about 50 miles away, so they gladly checked their inventory, pulled what I needed, and held it all for me so I didnt have to wait when I picked it up. Once I got there, they were very pleasant to deal with and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend them.

I will never use this company again. I ordered 2 products, vacuum bags and filters, regular stock items. After 9 days I called to inquire about my order and was told it would ship that day on a Thursday - they had just received 1 of the items from a supplier. Therefore I will not receive the 2 items for a minimum of 14 days. Their response was the website clearly states items may take 2 to 10 days to ship. So be it, MICHCO made no attempt to inform me that there would be a delay and where indifferent to the issue. Very poor customer service.Yes you did quickly attend to an address that needed correction but still made no mention of a discontinued product, out of stock product, difficult to find product or 9 day delay in shipping my product. If you want a recommendation you need to go beyond normal - you need to do something that deserves a recommendation. Stating on your website the possibility that items may not ship for 10 days is really just covering your a** kind of statement that you can hide behind. Real service would be to notify me of the delay.

Ordered a replacement part to fix my vacuum cleaner that was supposedly in stock. Paid extra for FedEx premium shipping. 1 week later still no package or tracking information from the company. I call the company to inquire and after 1 week the package hadnt been shipped from MichCo. MichCo didnt actually have the inventory in stock they had to order it from a secondary vendor to fulfill my order. So after placing my order 1 week earlier and paying for shipping I have no product and the product is still in Michigan. Needless to say my vacuum is still broken and I have no replacement part. Terrible service dont lie about the products you carry. Wish I would have used another retailer that could have fulfilled my order in the time stated and that I paid for

One particular staff member Liz Elizabeth is a week link and blows up my mans phone every time she has an issue.. They shouldnt allow personal access to private numbers...
