Impossible to contact. Rude service.Been trying to contact for weeks as I needed quite a few stacks of pallet wood for a huge project. But their phone number on Google is not correct and youll never get a hold of anyone. Tried email last week but no answer.Drove all the way out to their location and arrived at 2:30pm which was difficult to find, but ended up not seeing anyone as their place was locked. Theyre supposed to be open till 4:30pm but thats not the case apparently. I happened by chance to see a number on the side of one of the trucks. Called it and finally got a hold of someone, frustrated, I explained the situation and was laughed at when I mentioned the wrong number they have posted on Google.I wanted to speak with someone at their office and was informed that the person there may have already left as theyre prone to doing so around that time. This means theyre not open till 4:30pm. I was met with more laughing when I expressed my frustration with this horrible first impression and how stressful this process has been and that I wasted my time driving up from Tecumseh which is an hour drive.Went to Home Depot instead, got immediate service that was both friendly and efficient.

Ruined our trailer, hi lo driver was speeding like nascar driver and damaged the back wall of the trailer.
