Nice reasonable people however lots of empty shelves I asked the employee if they will be closing down soon because of all the empty shelves; the reply was “no we have truck coming Friday”I shop there regularly to know that’s a lie, so I decided to take pictures hopefully this location start stocking up again.

Every time that I come here they never greet anybody, they always got some type of attitude and they put on a face like if they don’t want to be there! Makes you feel like you’re not welcomed! Like who hurt you? Lol but other than that it’s alright.

The store has really cleaned itself up and there’s almost always a friendly employee to help .. my only complaint is there is also almost always a long line so maybe they need some more employees but still I love this lil store now 💜

My recent visit to Family Dollar was good. I didnt have to wait in line long. They didnt have the Dial liquid bath soap I use ( coconut oil), and theyre revamping the front of the store with snacks. But, the checkout clerk was pleasant & friendly.

Went to the store today and the line was quite long. I suggested to one of the employee by the name of Neigh W to ask the other employe and she just gave ma a bad attititude and continued doing what she doing while the line got longer. Everyone in line was very dissapointf with the lenght to time that had to stand. Neigh W is a very rude employee and needs to know that customer service comes first and is very important.

The employee that opened the store didnt seem to care about his job. I arrived 5 minutes before store opened as well as the employee. View was quick to tell me they open up at 8. Well 5 minutes after 8 he still didnt open the door. When checking out hes is on his cell phone and not paying attention to me trying to check out.

Cashier was very helpful and friendly. I found all the items I was looking for.

Store manager at this particular location is very rude, not to mention he will intentionally not restock certain items and when you ask him he will offer to sell it to you in person off the clock . He will ask you for you number to text you and sell it to you off the clock for cash . He tried that with me and also my wife as well . Terrible service also most staff don’t speak English and have an attitude if you don’t speak Spanish or creole .

The cashiers are slow and rude.The few times I went in with friends they had to be called to the register and that was like it pissed this one particular cashier off.They speak creole when a customer ask them for assistance and not knowing or caring if you understood what they said..very slow cashiers.

The cashiers are not nice at all the curse a lot and do not like helping people if they believe they are right they will not helping you find anything and they will not help with prices. they want their job to be as simple as it can be and i find that can be a problem when i need help getting something off the top shelf and i have to ask another customer to get it for me. they need to find more nice people that are not lazy

This Family Dollar used to be dirty non stocked with merchandise no workers slow lines backed up now since Under New Management its much better well stock you get in and out I give it a five-star very well maintained and clean great customer service

The store is so disorganized. Isles are so hard to go down due to clutter and delivery trolleys sitting out on the floor all over the store and no one working to stock out. The line was at least 10 people deep and only one cashier.

Always a mess! Clutter everywhere, dont think its the employees fault, every time Ive been in there all of them are always working.My opinion is that its poor management or not enough help or maybe both?

Hate is NOT the proper Verb to apply here. Completely DISGUSTED would certainly be more apropos. This store has got to be the MESSIEST Family Dollar I have ever been inside of! There are absolutely NO OPEN AISLES, Boxes completely BARRICADE the walking space, the clerks have NO IDEA where ANYTHING is Located (3 different times I had to ask WHERE would the Earplugs be???), and these so-called clerks, barely speak and/or understand the English Language - they SCREAM at one another in Creole. Lastly, the HEAT Factor? No Air Conditioning!!!!!!!!!!!!! What an appalling humid revolting store!

Horrible service!! Store looks like they dont keep up with it. Stuff is thrown everywhere you cant even walk around. Management cant even speak English and didnt know where anything was in the store.
