Over all Tire Pros was a great experience. The guys at the front desk were great. Immediately came outside to assess my flat tire and explain best solution. While I was there also had my oil changed. Only negative is that I was told my job could be completed in about an hour. Due to some confusion with getting an oil filter my car wasn’t finished until about 6 hours later.Nonetheless I will likely go back again.

Best service for tire rotation with oversized tires ever. Truck is driving so much smoother than before. Recommend using then and will be using them for now on.

UPDATE: My review was seen by the manager and he called and unexpectedly made my experience much better. I was able to explain my concern and he listened and respected my point of view as I did his. ORIGINAL POST: $45 for a tire patch when they didnt even have to lift the vehicle (it was the spare on the back of the jeep). No call to say this is what it will cost. Youre better off going anywhere else. Costco fixed my other one for free and I didnt even get my tires from them (basically paid for my membership).

Tire Pros is my goto auto repair shop. They continually provide timely and economic priced service. Its rare these days to feel you can trust an automechanic, but I always feel confident taking my car to them!

THEY CRUSHED IT! Yes those are 46” tires! Saved my sorry as-. They weren’t even scared! Price was definitely on the fly. However I paid and was out the door less than a hour later and brought back the only case of Corona anyone wants. Props to kid and crew. Only regret is I know I’ll be back for balancing beads.

Great service in Palm Beach Tire. I came in with a spare on after blowing a tire. They had the right replacement and did everything in an hour. They made sure to check all the tires as well. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Honest guys!

Be aware of these people I just took my car here to get 4 tires and an alignment. However I received a phone call stating they could not do the alignment because lower control arms were broken and had movement. I just had tire rods replaced and I m quite sure Honda would have loved to add this to my bill yesterday🥴 Upon my arrival to pay they still wanted to charge me 84.99 for check fee for checking front end to perform the alignment, mind you the alignment is 89.99. I still did not get in writing what was actually wrong with the vehicle only verbally.

The work was fine.A 90-minute wait to replace wiper blades seems long.A quote was given to me of around $46. The blades were replaced and I was required to pay twice that much - ostensibly replacing the same quality blades that were on the car.I would have appreciated knowing about this change in price, since the dealer in Pompano Beach where I have the car serviced replaces the blades at no charge.

First time I came in to the shop! Was having an issue with the alignment on my truck due to a lift kit installed. Took it to Firestone and they made it worst. So I decided to give it a shot to Palm Beach Tire Pros. Let me tell you I normally dont leave the review on most company. But Ben and Jose was treated me as a family. They called me and told me the issue of my truck. I was relieved the fact that they was honest with me. Not only that but they did a great job with the alignment. My truck drive 10 times better! Had a nail in my tire and these guys had me in and out in less than an hour when everywhere else including them was slammed. These guys are also very honest which I really appreciate! When I’ve had nails in my tire before usually they push new tires and extra services and try to up charge me, this place no questions asked they fixed my tire it was 45 bucks and I was out of there!!

I could not wait to share this review with you. I brought my car to get tires and an alignment done yesterday. You flat out lied to me told me you could not do it because I needed outer tire rods. I am here at Delray Honda they did the alignment and did not say the same. One thing I hate are dishonest mechanics. I’ve been a customer here for years and have referred family and friends. You have just lost a valued customer. It’s crazy you you would prey on a customer to get money$834 for something I never needed. Be aware of this company and always get a second opinion when dealing with them. I’m reporting u to the BBB as well!

After three attempts to get a brand new set of tires balanced properly at my local GMC dealer I decided to stop at Palm Beach Tire Pros to ask for an available appointment at 4:45 PM on my way home. To my amazement the clerk asked if I wanted to do it right now. I was out of the shop in 45 minutes and headed right on to I 95 for a road test. They did an excellent job at a fair price. My family and I were on the way to Palm Beachs zoo. We were only 10 min away. We got a flat on the highway pulled over to the nearest gas station. Googled tire shops and there was 3-4 shops less then 1/2 mile from us. We called 2 of them plus Palm Beach tire Pros and Auto Repair. We we to them because they had the best price, best customer service and got us in and out in hour. They saved the day so we could continue our Nephew’s 2 birthday and enjoyed the zoo!! I came in without an appointment with a leak in one of my tires. The crew looked at and fixed my tire and I was out in less than 30 minutes. I couldnt be more satisfied with the service I received. I will use them for all my tire service needs in the future.

Most honest service shop around. They will never sell you anything you don’t need and they will always work hard to save you as much money as possible. I have been a customer with them for four years I get all of my tire, breaks and oil changes from them.

Terrible experience! This spanish dude has no freaking idea about customer service or customer satisfaction concept. I will NOT return or recommend this place to anyone! You would think that being a small neighborhood company they would take good care of their customers, guess what? HELL NO! Not only their prices are HIGHER than at corporate stores, but service is WAAAYYY below standards! I dont even have the explanation about why prices are higher than at corporate stores?! The dont have investors to keep happy or high executives to pay millions of dollars salaries to, or huge overhead or health insurance coast, etc.... Why you overcharge your customers for mostly everything? Money hungry, ungracious. unappreciative bunch of humanoids. Adios!

I have been going here since early 2000’s. Their pricing has been quite fair. They do excellent mechanical work. Staff is super nice. Work hard to get it right the first time. Tires wise they have beaten competitors pricing on my trucks tires. No complaints from me.They do not sell used tires.

Dont let them cheat you! Do not let them do anything without written estimate. I end pay oil chance why car was leave there and not even done, instead did unapproved work and not even show what was done before it was paid. Not even apology when mention on that.. do you best choice is keep going and look other places.Nice reply to my rewiew, just be quiet on unapproved work. Hope that everyone forged those.. yes, you offered oil chance what was only approved work if I wait there and I didnt have time to wait. Main problem is not that oil chance, it is those unapproved work what was done and billed...what you like ignore on reply..

Great service. In and out in an hour. Told Jose what I was looking for and even made him do extra work, because I gave him the wrong tire size. But still got me a great deal on 4 new tires. Exceeded my expectations on all levels. All the employees were great and nice. Would recommend to my Mom.

It was very professional and I’d like to thank Ben, Jose and doug. I took my truck in a 2001 Ford F150 lightning which is somewhat rare and thought it was a blown head gasket. They brought my car in and explained that there was a specific oil pump to the car because of the supercharger. They fixed it charge me what they said they would charge and I was very happy with the fact they didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I would tell all my friends about this experience and ensure them if they brought their car there it would be repaired honestly and professionally.

Ben was great. Very nice personality and he cares. They are pricey with their labor folks, but it’s worth it in my opinion. They do very neat work and very good tire balancing. I gave 4 stars because I paid about $200 too much for my tires and I figured that out using their high labor rates; but I love my tires. My van can do 80 without even the slightest shimmy. Great mounting job and tire recommendation which leads me to believe they pay their technicians better than the cheaper stores. Thank you Ben and crew.
