Guy answers phone 1 hour before published closing time. I called to ask a simple questions but he refused. Not one single branch if this corporation is willing to help a customer. I will fulfill my contract and i will never use AT&T again. I advise new customers to shop somewhere else too. I am getting 3-7 spam text messages a day and this son of a biscuit won’t even tell me if this location can change my number.Essentially, they want $40 to change my number. I need it changed because they have failed over and over to protect me from spam and telemarketers. Yet I can not find anyone who can actually change my number.Garbage customer service. Garbage cellular service. Garbage.

Nick was very knowledgeable and professional. He solved my problem and saved me money. I find the store to be very clean and waiting area comfortable. The staff friendly and welcoming.

I went into the Lantana Store to upgrade my phone and was greeted very cordially by the manager Carlos.He attended to all my needs very professionally and friendly, and got to attend immediately with the upgrade and offered me the best plan that saved me money and lowered my existing bill substantially, plus I got a new phone.I have had some issues with billing and went back to the store and he immediately sorted out my bill.Anyone looking to change carriers or get a new phone or get assistance, I highly recommend this store 1587 in Lantana due to the store manger’s service!His staff were of the same professionalism.

AT&T Lantana is definitely one of my favorite top five stores in America. I walked in to get a new charger for my phone and I was greeted before I even walked 2ft past the front doors. Nicholas was the worker who assisted me and he was just amazing. Nicholas walked me through my bill and helped me save money that I didn’t know could be saved !

Nicholas is an excellent rep at the att in lantana. When I walked in the store with my issue, he used the full extent of his ability to help and he went through hell and back just to figure out my issues. I would definitely recommend this att to anyone that needs service.

The store manager, Carlos, was also very helpful in explaining the offers for home phone and internet service. Carlos Trevino provided excellent customer service. My wifes Android cellphone was having issues with certain apps. Carlos had no idea what was going on, but he took the time to call the customer service hot-line. After a long period of time the tech on the other end of the line said Samsung was having issues with an Android update. While there was nothing that could be done this instant, Samsung will have an update soon.After this, Carlos found a cellphone plan that would give us unlimited data and actually cost $5.00 less per month. Twenty years ago I ran a software business that had tech reps like Carlos and the support person he called. I recognize good support when I see it.

Long story short! It’s always something, my boyfriend & I are away from home, finally visiting family, out of nowhere my phone was gone. I thought I lost everything! We went to the nearest AT&T by our friends house. First time here, both employees we’re very kind. Wearing masks, very professional. Nadia was so helpful, quick & easy to work with. The gentleman with glasses (not sure of his name) had lack of knowledge of the store when asked if it was a corporate store and after being called out on his wrong doing he still proceeded with talking like he was right. He never apologized for the wrong information that was given for my original problem that I was told to come in for by a technician. I’ve been without wifi now for 4 weeks and I’ve seen more and more people move in and get their wifi installed the same day. Yet, I keep getting told after scheduling 4 different installation appointments that a line is broken and it’s going to get fixed and they will call back and schedule another appointment with me. Each time I have to call after the two days they promised to call. There’s no signal inside of the home so we have to result in doing our school work outside in the car for a little signal. While sitting outside each day, there’s someone new getting wifi installed into their home by AT&T. I’ve heard the same line by customer service that they’re “fixing a line” yet everyone else has wifi. I’ve been a customer with AT&T going on 3 years for phone service to only get treated poorly and pushed to the side. This is horrible customer service and nothing is being done besides them telling me to wait even longer.

The AT&T store in Lantana at the Publix Plaza just east of I 95 is the best! My my most recent visit The store manager, Carlos, greeted me as soon as I walked in the door.He had an appointment and asked his coworkers to assist me with my telephone. They were both awesome,I recommend coming to this location where you can get quick and expert service In an uncrowded environment.

My husband and I are new customers with AT&T and we decided to contract only with the internet service since in the residence where we live only your service arrives and not from another company, we went to the store (6346 lantana rd, lake worth, fl 33463) to advise us of their services and make the contract.In it the Store Manager explained to us that a technician had to come to install the modem at the residential address and that for the visit he was going to see reflected in the invoice an amount of $ 100 that later we were going to UPDATE in the system for a CREDIT between the technician and the at & t store We appeared several times in the store with the corresponding payment invoices because the amount in the system and we had to make the payment of the monthly payment that corresponded to us for the first month in transit and WE DID NOT OBTAIN ANY SOLUTION from the store or the Manager (also leaving a photo of the f acture and the contact number for them to update) Upon arrival of the payment deadline, we called one of the AT&T stores to have a solution and a Manager named Daniel assists us, explaining BETWEEN LAUGHS AND LACK OF SERIOUSNESS that we had to go to the store where we had made the contract and even so it did not solve the problem with the invoice.In short, gentlemen as new customers that we are, we fully TRUST in making a serious contract with a Large Company such as at & t managed by non-serious personnel that the only thing What they did was laugh at us over the phone, even so we called Customer Service and they did not solve us, from the beginning they informed us that the payment for the $ 100 technician was a Credit or they were going to handle it that way and in the visits that we did on several occasions before the payment date, we asked you to please Update it to be able to pay without problem and on the Date WE DO NOT RECEIVE A SOLUTION FROM THE SAME. evos and this is our first invoice with at & t that claims to give good customer service and both say about managing Trained personnel to give a Good Service which they completely lack.This message is an Alert for all clients, both new and current, that are they have felt totally RUGGED AND RISKED by a GREAT COMPANY AS AT&T IS.
