I just left this store and Im so pleased with the customer service I received that I wanted to post my review right away. I came into the store looking for something extremely specific which they didnt carry. No big deal as its a specific product. I had $3 extrabucks and purchased some haircare product I really like, it was also on sale so that was nice. I was greeted when I entered, and from my position I could hear her greet every customer that came into the store. The store itself was very clean and organized. Upon checkout the register had a problem scanning the receipt. The cashier called for a manager who quickly arrived and solved the problem, he was also very friendly. I was looking for Altoids original flavor. They were out of them but the manager offered to issue a raincheck as they were also on sale. Overall it was a pleasant trip to CVS mostly due to the genuine friendliness and helpfulness of both the cashier and manager. I will definitely return to this location and I will recommend to others.

Ive been coming here for a while now. And all i hear is old people crying over medicine and the long waite times. NEWS FLASH This store does not revolve around YOU old people dont like it. Move outta state. Make florida GREAT again. !!!!!.. These guys and girls bust their tail trying to help you all out and all you do is cry and whine, Guess what ?? its not the 60s anymore.. dont like it leave. !!!

Definitely the worst CVS I ever used. There is never enough people working there, pharmacy customer service is not existent. They never refill prescriptions on time or at all, not to mention try to call them! Nobody ever pick up! Maybe to die the fact that there is most of the time one pharmacist working! Overall disgusting dirty whole in the wall! Never again!

The service was great and the prices were cheap. I bought some items that were at cheaper price than dollar general. Thats mind boggling. But truth be told theyre really great. I might end up going there on the regular to buy stuff. Shout to the cashier (didnt get her name) and the Prescription people in the back of the store. Real helpful.🤝🏿👌🏿👌🏿

I have been going to this CVS for about a year and getting a pharmacist on the phone is next to impossible. They are extremely understaffed and make numerous mistakes or just completely dont fill your prescription because of it. I would highly recommend going to any other pharmacy. You might get better service from a street dealer. Terrible. Oh, they just changed managers and now things are worse.

Big attitude towards elder people. Service has gone down in the past year. Didnt get her name, orange hair. Good thing its not my regular pharmacy.

My prescription for my son was sent over at 1230 pm, I gave them over 4 hours to have it ready since I had to go to work. Go to pick up at 5 pm and is not ready, will not be till 730 pm. Then the pharmacist has the nerve to say “if I needed that badly then I need to call the people ahead of me and tell them I need my prescription ASAP” How is it that they can have something for so long and not do it is beyond me. But I will find a new pharmacy.

I have worked in a pharmacy, dealt with numerous big name drug stores, including other CVSs in my area and none reach the level of service, knowledge and compassion that this ONE location achieves. My two favorite pharmacist, Marina and Chris always take time to answer questions, assist customers and get in the trenches with their technicians. Whatever wait there may be is certainly worth it. Im a loyal customer as long as the friendly faces of the Rx staff are there to greet me.RespectfullyVirginia

I swear this is the only CVS I will ever come too! The manager John and cashier Tina are one of the most positive people You will ever meet!...everytime i come into this store they welcome me and anyone who enters the store with a warm big welcome, hello, how are you! They make it seem as if its they were expecting too see you. I have never had such awesome experience shopping with them. This location is one of the best experiences you will ever have. Long storey short they helped me with a gift card I had recieved from my daughters insurance. Tina was very detailed with what I can or couldnt buy. John (the manager) took 45 min out of his time too correct the issue. They made sure I left the store with what I needed. I am so appreciative and grateful to have had there help. I gotta give 10 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lousy service wait time is forever. Prescription are never ready even when called in days before. Representative spend so much time talking to one customer. Very frustrating will be changing my pharmacy. Over and over again Ive had this experience

After reading the bad reviews, I was apprehensive about using CVS pharmacy...have to give credit where credit is due...as I entered the store I received a warm greeting, pharmacist was helpful and friendly, young lady at the register was wonderful. I was in and out of the store within minutes. Kudos to the staff!

I wish I could leave 1 Star. This location has the worst customer service! I usually drive 40 minutes to the Palm Beach Gardens location near my parents house but I needed to fill an emergency prescription for my daughter (a generic inhaler during normal business hours) that would save us a trip to the MD Now or ER Room. The tech on phone told me that because no refills were on her screen, I would need to call the doctors office. I informed her that all requests come from the pharmacy and are faxed directly to the physicians office, despite having a very good relationship with the physician and knowing there are refills. She told me it was on me and hung up on me! I guess this is why most people use #walgreens

They never give me my antidepressants on time and Im going through a manic episode and nobody cares and idk what to do. Lousy service so lousy and careless.

The worst pharmacy. The pharmacys tech and shift supervisor have a real bad attitude, could you ask anything and they dont have an answer. I know that sometimes the people dont have the answer but you could be nice if you like your job and specially if you are working directly with a person that need help for a disease. I never come back there again.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy customer service. Awful attitudes and terrible customer service. I cant believe they get away with saying some of the things they say to people. Unbelievable and illegal as hell. I just stopped going to big box stores in general because of how these people can be and I had to this time because my normal pharmacy and publix were out of my medication. Never again, CVS. People, start going to private pharmacies or publix. Im saving you time, money, and a headache by doing so.
