The membership card checkers at the entrance seem to ask me every time for my membership card which I promptly present, but I notice they never ask any of the white people for their cards. I was interested to see if this was a trend and watched from my car and they seem to only check cards for colored shoppers. May just be the employee but it seems to be a regular occurrence everytime I make a trip to Costco. I decided to let my wife go ahead of me and they asked me for my card but ignored my wife.

Very crowded but its Friday noon after all. Great prices. Got everything on our list. Fast checkout.

My first time shopping here with my sister in law. Really enjoyed it, great selections. Looking in to buying a membership.

Its Costco, nothing left to say. I have been all over the US and I search out a Costco. Quality, Value, Efficient shopping. I still carry my PriceClub ID card. Love the selection and value, but as my family has gotten smaller it takes almost a year to use all the napkins in one package. Maybe they should set up a website for Costco sharing.

Great store offering a wide array of products from food, wine, household items, clothes, and a ton of other items, all at very low prices.A true warehouse.They have a very good and cheap food court with a limited menu.Also the lowest prices on gas.

This time I went to people were really nice I was very surprised the last few times I had gone it seemed like they were extremely rude. I commented to my daughter wow they were really nice everybody we spoke to was nice.

Great time to go 9-10AM if you are a Senior,and want to beat the crowd.

Its a great shopping expressive. The staff is super professional. The prices are really wholesale prices from the food to household items. Buying in bulk shortens the running around for your household needs.

They had a mini kitchenaid bbq grill, I just had to have. Only buy instore items like these since theyre usually paletized when shipped so their less knocked around. Performance was great and not having a behemoth of a grill even better. *Less to clean! Even the dogs were having fun 😃

Costco is always a good place for savings & good products. Today in the Boynton Beach, Florida store I was happy to see masks & social distancing.

The only closest Costco location that carries the Sally Sherman (now Park Avenue) tuna! 3 hours from home, but I always pop in when passing through! Nice, clean store with all my faves!

The lamb chops were tough and not edible. The pills I got for my wife were the wrong brand.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Great prices, friendly staff. This parking lot is always crazy busy but that isn’t the stores fault, just be prepared for it when you go.

Went to the Optical Dept and really enjoyed their customer service. Staff were masked, polite, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. My progressive, transitions, antiscratch etc. glasses were only $259! After getting my glasses and shopping I went to the self checkout since there were people waiting in lines. One of the staff members (masked) actually checked me out there (without my asking) just to be helpful! Very friendly and polite staff!

Another one of my favorite grocery/household shopping stores. They have beautiful sales all around the year, and their return policy is one of the best, so incase youre not satisfied with any of their products, you can return it with no question asked!!

Hands down, the best Costco in Palm Beach County (maybe even best in Florida). They carry such a great stock, great employees, and awesome overall experience.

Disappointed this time, u run out toilet paper& u can buy only one towel paper. all the stores dont have that restrictions.

I love Costco! But at closing time they are downright nasty. It wouldnt kill you to stay a bit longer when there are so many people still shopping. Extremely rude about my less than punctual return. I shop Costco over all others because of their generous return policy and that was my first return in 3 years.

Their customer service is atrocious. I went to buy some groceries and the cashier was rude and disrespectful to me for no reason whatsoever.

Im at a bit of a loss. I absolutely love shopping at Costco. And only leaving a review for the horrible experience I have received from customer service(phone) . Bottom line, I guess the question is, are the extra fees and fake promises of concierge service even a reality? Spent 4 hours on the phone transferred between 3 different 3rd party services to get hung up on. No call back, no resolution. I could have bought anywhere else for that abuse.

I recently joined and it was great. Close to me and the prices are very good.

Had a first at the tire center. Was told they didnt have Honda Accord tires and could not get them from Boca or North Carolina at all. Was told to take my business elsewhere.

Love shopping at Costco, yesterday they ran out of flowers in the afternoon. Always love to get the steak from them, its fresh, many great options to choose from, and big thick juicy pieces. The steaks were delicious after cooking.

Hard to find help in the store and too much help at the self service cashier. Cant get hotdogs without a drink?!Now, just was coming out, usually there are two people on exit checking but today was one line and I did not see that from long distance. Anyway looks like one manager came over and really started to blame me that I should stand in one line. You should put sign on exit that there is one line or a points for it. Horrible manager, bad service.

I just ran in to get pizza and Cyndie at the counter was absolutely wonderful. So friendly. Efficient. Just adorable. Don’t lose this one.

It was my first time there my boyfriend bought the executive membership he did not receive a veterans discount the store was packed and every time I asked a customer service person on the floor where something was they just pointed and they were not extremely helpful. I would say the customer service was poor. I will not be returning to that store. I would visit another location. I was very disappointed and you should appoint a veterans discount to Rick Floody. The lady at the membership desk was very nice but she should have applied the discount. I did not apply for the card because we live in separate households which was also disappointing. He should have a guest for whomever he wants a second card for as long as they have a valid identification. I wouldnt go back there and Shop... Im very disappointed because I was excited to go to Costco.

Extremely efficient gas line. Made it very easy to fill up and go even during the hurricane hysteria. No price gouging either, like other gas stations in the area. Being a Costco membership definitely has its perks.

I came to this Costco because I was coming off of I 95 and I needed a couple things.This Costco probably has the worst parking lot Ive ever encountered in my life. This is actually why I remembered I didnt go to this particular Costco. But I walked in with my trusty little list and I found out several things.First off their bakery is bigger and smells like theyre constantly cooking. I buy their package of 12 croissants and there almost double size from the Costco that I usually go to. They also had a lot more baked goods.As far as other things just randomly walking to the store they had things in the store that Ive never seen in the store that I normally go to.Also since it was my first time in a very long time going to the store I wasnt exactly sure where to stand to check out and they had no rhyme or reason to the checkout system. It basically just wrapped around the isles and you really didnt know what line you were on. They do have a self check out line and unfortunately its just very on organized because you could form I think three or four lines but everybody just stood in one lineThat being said their products and pricing gets five stars. But the parking and ease of checkout gets one star.

Is always good to shop at costco, people was buying a lot of toilet paper. They have the best Christmas items, chocolates, Christmas decorations and the egg nog is great and the price is even better. If you update your membership you would get 2% back every year and it probably paid for your membership. Try the egg nog please they just have it for the holiday season.

There is nothing worse than Costco parking lot. They should try to improve it somehow. I avoid going there just because of the parking.

The pharmacist was miserable and completely unhelpful. My recommendation is for her to remain in the back and /or consider a job thats not customer facing. She was extremely rude when telling us we had to wait for our prescription to be filled (after we were informed it would already be). She made it seem like we were the ones that should be apologizing for showing up when they werent ready. She never offered anything that resembled an apology for our inconvenience. We were fine with the miscommunication and the wait but we sure didnt agree with being treated as if we did something wrong.She needs to retire.

As usual, it was busy. Great that they are relaxing the covid stuff and you can sit down and eat again. Friendly staff, I enjoy our monthly excursions.

Its a nice costco, and the staff are very nice. Ive never had a bad experience with this location including the auto department with tires, service has always been excellent.

I am a long-time member of Costco and new to the area. I did not have a good experience at this Costco. It was very crowded and the parking lot full of rude, lazy people clogging up the lot while waiting for a parking spot 5 closer to the door and others who cant seem to find a rack to return their cart. Inside, once entered, I was accosted by a guy trying to get me to change my cell phone service. Then, on the way out, I was accosted again by another guy trying to get my to switch to an executive account. A message to Costco Management: Please leave us alone. If we want to change our cell service we will. If we want to upgrade our membership, we will. Stop harassing us!

Have been a member for quite a while. Gas prices are best in the State. Lots of good deals for families. Even just the 2 of us score will with Costco. Tires, Batteries, etc. all good.

Been a while since I visited a Costco. They have truly stepped up their game. The store was very clean and organized. Shelves were stocked to the max.Lots of polite people working together, the check out line looked chaotic, yet it moved at an incredible speed.

I only got gas here. I wouldve gone in but was difficult to find parking and a lot of chaos in the lot. The store looked extremely small in comparison to other Costcos. I decided it wasnt worth it. Ill go to a different store.

Costco has my favorite 100 calorie fudge popsicles, Caesar salad mix, baked rotisserie chicken, rose wine, fresh fruits, organic milk, frozen veggies, flavored water in cans, photo center and optical center.

In my case it was shop till you drop. Got really tired but got much more than I need. Huge very organized place and so much to offer for its customers. You can spend hours walking and looking around and definitely always find staff you need. Workers here are very friendly and helpful. I do think shopping here is a pleasure.

Great value. I shop here every other week. Especially since Sams closed down.

Their service desks could be more efficient and could use additional signage to make it clear where to go to join. Otherwise they have great selection and prices on a wide variety of products.

This specific Costco needs to be on top of admitting customers who are not wearing the appropriate mask. Costco needs to step up and do their part in protecting other customers in their store. Follow the CDC guidelines. Other businesses are doing the same.

For the most part this Costco store is great. The optical department however is not! The guy who works there obviously hates his job and is disrespectful to customers.

Good place to spend a lot of money. Especially when you are shopping hungry. A good variety of different foods. Some of the biggest safety dividers Ive seen at a checkout counter.They have samples again. Its usually not too crowded after 6pm on weeknights. Weekends can get pretty busy.Lots of people not knowing or deciding where they want to go. Standing in the way, or in general walking slow. But that is a South Florida thing and not Costcos fault.

Great location always new items in this store

Customer service is pretty good here. Lines are long but it is bearable. If you are thinking about getting food, then expect a long line. There was only was one register with slow service; I waited about 20 minutes just to get helped. I only wish they have more people to better serve in food.

Costco is always a must go shopping place but u better watch u budget. Make a list of items u may need. Best place to by water cases, paper towels and paper tissues.

Costco was crowded today. They had plenty of toilet paper and water, but no paper towels. Plenty of fruits and veggies as well. Found everything I needed, but paper towel. Store was clean and carts were being cleaned. Loved it.
