The property manager Patricia Barrett and District Manager Gene doesnt care for their customers, maybe through the phone they may act all nice, but when you have a concerning payments and over charges, they always seems to talk over you instead of listening, they will always get mad at the customers who would fold their clothes or work inside or outside their units, reasons why ? no idea why do they care, these people are paying $100s of dollars to rent a unit for what ever desire they want.

BEWARE!!!! U it’s are infested!!March - June 2021 After having a unit for 3 months, my unit is INFESTED with rats, mice and roaches!! I’m trying to salvage what little bit I can but have lost most of my belongings.😢😡 DO NOT RENT A UNIT HERE!!

Patricia and Gene showed terrible customer services. My grandma phoned in need of a unit they were so rude to her a few days ago. Never in my grandmother life has she been disrespected in 64 years of living. They were short and did not care to help. My grandma has been using public storage every so often in the past but she will no longer. I will be calling corporate. Never again will we be using public storage.

Rented Unit The Service was Truly Great at first but when I decided to stop my service and my friend was looking to rent and they offered me space for what I still needed to store, Manager states that they can not get the promoted price although there adress was different than mine and even though I always paid two or three months advance I was told that all unused portions of my money could not be refunded, only from first of month, so if you are moving out on the 6 of the month that money you were told would be refunded as unused is untrue, they tell you that the month is yours, but if you are a day late they do not fail to charge you 60.00, late fee, BE AWARE

I went to the office for some pricing on a storage box for my car. I dont need the space until the fall, but the manager was still very helpful and showed me around the facility. Really clean and the service is great. Highly recommend this place.

Needed a clean, safe storage facility kind of quick. I have to admit I went in the office a little stressed out due to a death in the family. Melissa immediately blasted me with her big smile and awesome personality. She showed me around, offered their multitude of products to make the move easier. I noticed the rest of the staff were just as helpful to others. I highly recommend this facility. If all the other branches are half as good you can’t go wrong. PS Don’t plan on coming out grumpy if you went in like I did.
