Took my son for his first Covid Vaccine today they were amazing. They not only were able to get him done in a timely fashion they filled his prescription as well. They are always going above and beyond. They are working so hard and understand staffed like so many other of our local businesses but they are doing an amazing job busting it for our city. Thank you for all you do it does not go unnoticed.
What a horrible store we have in Lapeer. I can see why it is empty. Made me stand in line to be told I need an apoinment to book a flu shot instead of just telling me. Mean people.This store should be ashamed of themselves. I will give them one star only because this use to be a nice store but not anymore.
I scheduled a vaccine appointment but had to change it. On Walgreens page and the email it sent me it told me to call the pharmacy to edit or cancel my appointment. When I called the lady at the pharmacy was so rude and told me I have to do it online. I told her it says I have to call on the website and in the email and she got even more rude. I got off the phone and tried to do it online and it tells me I need to call. So I call again and the same rude lady tells me I cant reschedule my vaccine on the phone. So I guess Ill go unvaccinated
5 Star service, excellent staff and Management!!Can’t say enough for the great service I received on April 13th, Dan the Manager and also the Pharmacist and staff went above and beyond to help me with my 1st COVID shot. I am a long time patron of the Lapeer Walgreens and just wanted to say thank you for always being there for me and providing great service!I highly recommend this Walgreens for five star service!! : )
I was forced to use my insurance when I wanted to pay cash. As a result, they would only do a partial fill and forced me to drive back to my doctors, 1 hour away, to get another prescription. No reasoning behind this demand other than to inconvenience me. I should be able to pay cash for whatever I want.
Had questions about Covid antibodies test. She seemed annoyed by my questions and hung up on me after a few. Very rude!
Horrible horrible pharmacy! RUDE women named Sarah working in pharmacy has made my 80 yr old mother cry on TWO occasions.. Management does NOTHING.. Must be a relative I cant believe theyre allowed to treAt paying customers this way.
Worst pharmacy ever. I showed up a week after my doc called in the prescription, it still wasnt ready, told me I had to come back later.Zero stars, do not recommend
I wish there were zero stars theyre rude af and the prescription was only supposed to take an hour 5 hours later still not done. Terrible.
The front of the stores staff is cool but the pharmacy staff is tremendously rude. Additionally, they provide slow service and dont seem to care if their patients have to go without medication. When I called the pharmacy to ask when my order would be in stock the clerk said she didnt know and hung up on me! If you need medication urgently seek another store, do not come here!

Sarah and Miranda were wonderful and very helpful getting my sons script for Tamaflu filled even though Insurance was denying it . They are FANTASTIC AND TRUE CARING PEOPLE !
Walgreens is our go too pharmacy for all of our prescription needs. The staff are always friendly and efficient. They have a good assortment of other products that you may need in your day to day life. I would recommend Walgreens for someone new in town looking for a pharmacy.
Terrible. Our doctor called in an antibiotic ointment prescription. They did not have it in stock. Common sense would be to call the doctor back and let him know. They cannot be bothered. I was told it was against Walgreens policy. I had to run the risk of infection because of this. Ill never be back.
Phyllis in the pharmacy takes such good care of all the customers that she helps. She is a stellar example of what customer service is all about. All of the employees at Walgreens do a excellent job and make coming to the Walgreens in Lapeer a pleasure.
I have used Walgreens for years now. After surgery I was prescribed a heavy pain medication. They said that they had 24 hours to investigate and fill it, as its a good faith drug, whatever that is. I do not get pain medication, but when I need it I was put through the ringer. Had to go back to my Dr office to get more paperwork. In the end, took it to rite aid and they filled it in 5 minutes, no questions asked. I will not be using Walgreens anymore.
My husband gave this store a terrible review about a year ago. The help at the pharmacy was rude, uncaring, slow, and not helpful. It is obvious they have made some changes because they are no longer rude. Still uncaring, slow, and not helpful though. We have found that going to the Davison Walgreens is worth the extra miles. The Lapeer store should visit the Davison store to learn how a pharmacy should be managed.
Store is nice. Pharmacy has terrible hours in a.m. No time to get your scripts before work. Also have had to wait a long time at pharmacy, especially in line at drive-through.
I have the worst service here and they take an extreme amount of time to fill simple antibiotics for children . Sent in my script at 2:00 show up 2 hours later to get it and they said come back in an hour sir its on the list. . like what in the actual hell. Hire more people per volume in Lapeer. I am not referring walrgreens to another soul. Meijer pharmacy it is.
Due to Walmart not being able to get it together I had to run into Walgreen hoping to get just a few pictures printed that I need. Lance and Lacey helped me out so much. Getting right to helping me and printing them out. Within 10 min those two help me with every thing I needed that Walmart couldnt handle in 2 hours. Thank you both so much you saved the day. Will be returning to Walgreen next time.
Have had nothing but a hastle with them. About a year ago they refused to fill my perscription because I had been off my medication for too long, even with a new perscription, then recently when I tried them they put me on a 6 day hold, for no given reason.
They conveniently couldnt care less that youre calling and would rather you suffer than get your medications because its easier than answering a phone call.
Dont know why I have tried them more than once have chronic pain condition and they make you feel like a druggie. Refused to fill Rx after after oral surgery because of other meds Im on for pain. Tried them again 2 mo later for a pain management Rx pharmacist would not fill even though Sarah had called and verified the script with the Dr office. If the pharmacist wanted to be a prescriber maybe he should have been a physician.
Not impressed. 3 hour wait to have a prescription filled. Then additional 44 minutes in line to pick it up. Last time I fill here. Get it together
My husband was discharged from 8 day stay in hospital and on the way home I dropped off 4 prescription at 1:30 in Lapeer and went back at 5:45 to pick them up and she didnt fill them as she said they couldnt read the doctors name. I told her the name and waited another 25 minutes as the others werent filled either. Meanwhile in that 25 minutes between the pharmist and her they were complaining about the hours they were working which I heard every word. When I got home and looking at the label attached to the envelope, there was a different doctors name on it. I told her I would not be back.
Do Nor Fill Scripts HereWaited in drive through so they can help everyone in the lobby. Just burning gas then after 10 minutes said Oh its not ready. Said my script would be ready by 8:30 at 6:00. Got it filled at 9:00..

Always a long wait at the pharmacy and they can tend to be kind of rude.
Pharmacy techs are rude 9 out of 10 times. The wait times for prescriptions are quite long. I was told 1 hour for a pickup, that ended up taking 2.5 hours.
Refused to fill script because doctor was out of area.
Very short staffed, and was not able to tell me much why my prescription was not ready, when I got a text from them, that my prescription was ready.
Long call waiting they take for ever to get your prescription ready its probably staff shortage or something:/
Poor service and belittling. And rarely have prescription ready when due! Time to make a change!
