10/10 with the print team!! I ordered these the day before my engagement party and there was a delay by two days of me receiving my bridesmaid and groomsmen proposal cards. I gave them a call and they gladly took care of them within the hour! I cannot express how much this means to me and how appreciative I am of this amazing, professional staff! Bill was incredibly helpful when I was in the Lapeer store trying to print a project. He was obviously busy but took the time to do the work for me. Bill delivered above and beyond for customer service and represented your company expertly!

The only reason Im giving the Office Depot a 2 instead of a 1 is the older gentleman that works in printing. He put forth effort and was polite.

Terrible customer service from one specific individual. I have had copies made at this location for over 10 years and I have never felt so left out to dry. I needed a fairly large order of copies made and he just told me to go over to the self service area. I had more questions but he walked away from me. I heard him do the same thing to another customer and could tell they we equally as frustrated. I choose office depot for the convenience and it no longer is. He is frustrating multiple customers as I type this. Its really just sad.

Just to prove how overpriced Office Max is...I was charged $17 to fax 9 pages to the Unemployment Office ( in state number). Serious ripoff particularly since there are limited places to fax required documentation. No way it would cost more than $2 to place the call.

This Office Depot is fabulous to work with. I have a lot of print jobs I send their way and they are always quick to fill my order. When I need something in a rush they drop everything to get me what I need ASAP. Staff is always very friendly...love working with Julia...she is fantastic!!!

Ok. Employees were willing to help me with anything. Small store with small on hand inventory and didnt have the ink cart I wanted. No wait at checkout.Ok for casual shopping but not for emergency purchases.

This place used to be my go to spot when i was in need of somewhere to print. It was fast convenient and reliable. NOT anymore!! Their new SERVE YOURESELF method is for the birds! I dont go into a business ready to spend my money yet have to do all the work myself, let alone a $5.00 hold on my debit card for a .12 cent purchase. If i wanted to print it on my own I would have done it at home. Ill take my print jobs and all of my other office needs somewhere that values customer service. Good luck with asking people to pay your business for THEMSELVES to do the work. 👎

Dylan was great! Helped me order a Road Atlas. Web site said Lapeer store had them in stock which was not the case.

Julia is the absolute best at filling in the gaps where I need a little help! She is an incredible multi-tasker! The service is generally friendly and helpful when it comes to finding things or getting ideas! Having been to other Office Depot stores I can say the Lapeer store should be an example for the rest!

Its a little frustrating to work twice as hard for the rewards program. Instead of automatically getting the discount you earned, you have to print out a coupon as well as have your card with you to get your discount. Pretty stupid if you ask me. Lets try simplifying my life not making it more difficult.

Very small store that likely wont have anything you actually want to purchase in stock; I cannot say much about the customer service since not a single employee has ever offered to assist me (nor have I been easily able to find one, aside from the cashiers); personally I will stick to ordering online

On 2/3/20 I brought back an office chair (about 10:30 am) that I had purchased a couple days prior . I needed to upgrade for a higher quality office chair . The women who did my exchange was rude and grumpy ... don’t remember her name but her identity tag she was wearing said general manager . Not only did she not smile or make conversation she was grumpy about having to deal with the exchange . I tried to make small talk with her .

I love just going in this store. An associate name Kwinn helps me out every time I come in even if I only have questions. This guy is so knowledgeable. Its like a breath of fresh air. I came in and bought a tablet once and he (Kwinn) talked to me and helped me make the best decision. Now Im shopping for a laptop and hes the first person I wanted to talk to before making my purchase. Ill be returning to the store in Lapeer to purchase my laptop. I always feel like I got the best product for my money!!! Thanks to the team at the Lapeer Office Depot!!! Great Job!!!

Wasnt greeted when I walked in and never was acknowledged that I even existed in the store the whole time I was in there.
