Called to get info in getting a tshirt printed, was going to ask another question & she hung up on me. Then when I called back- straight to answering machine! Real professional- NOT!

I would like anyone reading reviews to know that I have tried to rectify the review ZanBuck Arabian Farms gave my company. I have called their company and sent messages through FB. I can only assume that nobody knew they were even here. They stated someone was on the phone and the workers in the back were talking to each other. So instead of getting someones attention they walked away and left us a bad review that isnt even based on any facts about our customer service. Please do not allow undeserved reviews to detour you from trying out my company. The only bad reviews we have ever gotten are from these people and on FB from a couple of people that have never used my company before and are not even from Michigan. Although I appreciate that people can give reviews I also can not stand the fact that they can do so without even trying out our company. Sometimes it is as ridiculous as someone giving a product a bad review because the box was dented. Give the box a bad review if you want but not the product.
