I bought a ring from Kay Jewelers and had nothing but troubles with it. Noah the mgr did a great job in helping me select another ring. Great job Kay Jewelers & Noah....I will be back.

We shop Kay exclusively for jewelry. We normally go to the one in Port Huron which we have never had a bad experience at. We waited for 15 min and were never even acknowledged. There were 2 employees in the store, and not one word, nod, anything

This rating is a little late, but I came into the store unsure about how to celebrate my anniversary and Christmas in a big way. Steph, Victoria, and Taylor all helped me in a big way, and found a matching ring that I needed in another state after multiple phone calls. There were only 2 left anywhere, and they locked it in. They were awesome, and will always come back to this store

Stephanie (Assistant Manager) and Taylor (Sales Associate) were phenomenal! They went out of their way to help us in every way possible, they were very personable, explained everything perfectly to us, and just did an outstanding job in every way possible to help us find what we were looking for! They certainly went above and beyond! We would highly recommend doing business with these two team members at the Lapeer location. The rings were bought were exactly what we were looking for, and the quality and price were great! The only thing that kept us from rating this review five stars was the manager Noah. We dealt with him on one occasion and left there even more confused and frustrated. He was not personable at all. Our presence seemed like we were bothering him, he never introduced himself to us, and we felt like he was doing the bare minimum to get us out the door with very little talk and/or communication on his part. We had to call another store to even find out his name and that he was actually the manager. Very disappointed that he is the manager of such a great store with such excellent employees. Overall the store along with Stephanie and Taylor would be enough for us to recommend them to anyone that asks. Great job ladies and thank you for everything you did for us!

Staff is kind of rude and snobby...if not dressed right they look down on you

Nikki was very helpful and friendly. Steph was rude, quite unprincipled and deceptive. I thought about giving this place 2 stars because Nikki was so warm and friendly. This place is really a 1 on it’s best day, in part because of the selfishness of Steph. Nikki, I hope you got the commission on our sale and you can do better than this place. Definitely not a place we will buy from again.

Initially I had a good experience however in passing months the bands on my wedding band and engagement ring have turned my s/o finger green i will not list what I spent but can assure it qas far to much to be having this issueI notified them once which there solution was to send both out for cleaning. It didnt work (I suspected it wouldnt) and have reached out again in an email and received no response this issue is still pending and I got engaged 2/1/2020

Such a nice store and very friendly sales associates. All were helpful and friendly. They all made me feel like family and really cared about my needs.

My review has nothing to do with the store personally. Here is my complaint. I am a man with rather large hands (size 15 to be exact). My fiancé and i went in yesterday looking at wedding bands. The employees were very nice. I dont understand why the two local jewelry stores in LaPeer can accommodate me but a nationally branded company. Cannot. I was informed that my only option was to get a plain gold/silver band. Guess I will be giving my money to a local business which i was honestly probably going to do anyways.
