I absolutely LOVE my Signia rechargeable hearing aid. Its my first one. Ive worn battery hearing aids for 60 years, and this is the first time Ive actually been hearing correctly. I love that I dont have to go digging for a battery in my purse when the battery goes dead, and I dont have to worry about it going dead when Im out. I get up to 18 hours of charging and a quick charge of 30 minutes will give me about 6 hours of charge. I also love that I can connect the sound directly to my IPad and watch movies with the sound going directly into my ear so people around me dont need to hear the sound from the TV. It works the same way with an iPhone when you get telephone calls. My Hear USA audiologist (Stephanie) and receptionist (Samantha) are absolutely the best Ive ever had, and believe me, in 60 years of this, Ive had many. Ive used other companies and Hear USA ranks at the top for me personally. Im 100% satisfied with my hearing aid and the service I receive. Stephanie stays on top of things for me. She and Samantha rock!!!

Bought my first pair of hearing aids here several years ago. These have been off of warranty for almost 2 years but I still am able to get service from them without problem when needed . I highly recommend this location and these people for your hearing aid requirements.

Dawn and her secretary are the sweetest people ever! And you feel like youre sitting there talking to one of your besties getting fitted for hearing aids LOL and they will help in any way to get you what you need
