Just did a walk though H&H tooling. Immensely impressed by the cleanliness of the facility. Staff was pleasant. Employees all seemed happy. Cannot wait to start.

Date: 2018 Negative stars wasnt an option .First off the Management here is horrible! All liars will tell you anything to get what they want. They will trow you under the bus the first chance they get.Julie Keeter the HR Manager, and Darla from the IT Department will micro manage everything. Ive worked here for almost a year and a half and have seen three quality managers, two production managers and two new plant managers come and go. Impossible processes to follow and maintain. 12 hr shifts everyday are required. Dont make mistakes your being watched all day by cameras in and out of the building.They want to write you up for everything, and use a point system. There is no advancement in this company as all positions for advancement are already held by other employees who are not giving them up any time soon. Any and all positive reviews youve read most likely have came from this small group of people.The actual people that really do all the work in this company get no respect for the work they do. Dont believe me? work here and watch these people stand around and BS for hours while you work your butt off.My advise to anyone considering working here, Just walk away there are much better jobs.

DO NOT WORK HERE if you value your sanity, family time, or possess a concise understanding of right & wrong-either will send you packing. H&H Tool does not like to train their employees properly, yet expect 100% performance at all times. Theyll assign you to a job youve never done before, then write you up for sub par performance 24 hours later without bothering to give you time to acquire speed or full understanding of your task. Its impossible to keep up with rule/acceptable clothing attire changes; all the while, youre being sent home due to their indecisiveness. Supervisor(s) like to lie about your performance & will get away with it, regardless of how many versions of the account in question are given to HR. Nothing here operates as it should, therefore, theres zero chance for you as an employee. So, a zero star rating it is!

I have done a lot of work for this company a well as many other companies in the area. The other review on this page is unfair and simply not what I have experienced with this great company. First the owners are top notch people and they truly care for their employees. That is my whole tie in with this company. They will go out of their way to acknowledge their employees on holidays and when one employee meets a milestone (5,10,15,20 years of service) they reward not only that person but the benefit goes to the whole shop. The factory floor is spotless and pay scale above average for the area. They do expect employees to be dependable and work but if you are a good employee you will feel valued.

This place is awful!!!! Great place to work if u never wanna be valued, never wanna see your family, enjoy being talked too like youre a retarded child and have a desire to be overworked and underpaid. H&H tool will lie to you, rip you off and inhibit you from any further advancements in your career with them. Not to mention, they have the most ridiculous rules and their attendance policy pretty much sets anyone up for failure! If i could, Id give this place ZERO stars.

Hell hole tool if you ask the workers that live there hr is a joke Julie keeter trys to work against the workers.they work way to many hours have no time for family. way under paid and they treat there employees like trash they dont care at all
