Scheduled an appointment with this company for a automobile windshield repair. Came to my scheduled appointment and they noticed they ordered the wrong windshield. Asked me if ok to reorder the correct one and rescheduled me for the following week. Came in a second time and as the gentleman is bringing me home so they can begin work, they call me to tell me there is a chip in the new windshield that needs to be installed and I need to come back another day. No ma’am.y’all didn’t check that prior to my arrival? Horrible service. The counter rep didn’t seem bothered that I asked for a refund and my keys back. I won’t ever come back to y’all for work and I rarely say EVER‼️

Love LaPlace class they take great care of you they make sure all your needs and your wants are met theyre absolutely amazing the prices are great you have no reason not to use LaPlace class for all your needs.

Only had a phone call with them that was very brief but in the past few times Ive had glass work done they were extremely high in price but they were very nice on the phone with customer service.

Had an appointment for mid day to get estimates on replacing windows. After waiting all day I called at 4:50 and wad told, well we didn’t finish the job we were on today, maybe we can reschedule for next week. No call no nothing, then basically told oh well too bad.I will find a company that is honest and at least calls if going to be late or not show up.
