I was pleased with my experience today with asianee, Dasia and Auriel. They helped me connect again with my phone.

I decided to stop by the at&t in laplace and get an ipad and hotspot and the employee, Dasia was very friendly, polite, and actual took her time to get me the best deals on my 2 new devices today !!!

The store representative and the representative was fine. They solve my issues. On 8/13/21 the representative did a half job and the result my phone was cut off. Which a chain reaction for me pay more my service then I orginally agreed to for 8/27. That part Im not satisfied with.

This store has been a huge help. My business Megan’s Nail Bar was without internet for 3 days and Kayla helped me get it back on with new service and also signed me up for AttTV. Not only that but she came herself to help install attTV when technicians would not. The employees were kind a few of them helped on different occasions. Big thanks to Kayla and staff at this location!!!!
Att store is great. Sorry I have to leave 1 star. I just do not know how else to get the attention of AT&T at this point. Ive voiced my grievances at least 100 times over the last year and a half. The mobile data network in this area is garbage. I cannot load any web pages or streaming service in Laplace. I had to connect to a Verizon Hotspot just to leave this review. This is something that everyone has problems with in this town. My next step is to contact the BBB. I have not gotten the service I pay for is over a year.
Got to the store at 6:20pm (store sign said it closes at 7pm) to buy a new phone since my old one isnt working. I have been to thus location in the past without incident, however, a worker locked the doors with 2 of us outside and took the hours down, without explanation of why and no customers currently in the store.20 minutes later and they are leaving as I write this review.Not coming back to this location and I hope AT&T looks into the systematic failures at this location.
Dasia Was very helpful and kind
When my husband and I first arrived we were greeted and said we would be with shortly. We waited a good hour before our 5 year old became restless and needed to leave. I returned 30 minutes later to start waiting all over again, this time it was over 2 hours. Only 2 associates were on floor helping. A 3rd appeared a few times but finally disappeared. When I did get helped my service felt rushed and not as detailed as the other services I sat and watched happen for 2 hours. I had to return the next day to continue setting up my phone because it was closing time. When I returned the next day to pick up my phone I was not greeted when walking in door. The associates did not bother to ask what I came in for. This caused me to wait a good 30 minutes before they asked me what I needed. I was disappointed in the samsung display. Only 2 of the models worked out of 6 to 8 that were on display.

Amazing staff! Amazing location! Great managers! Curbside is definitely A+! The managers Kiana and Steven checked in and introduced themselves to us while being assisted by Armod. They made it such a smooth process and took the time to make sure I was taken care of with everything going on today. I recommend AT&T Laplace!
I came in to the store today to activate my phone. Everyone was very sweet n helpful. At first I really thought I lost some important stuff with picts n everything. But I met Neka n I asked her if she was available to help me. She said Yes!!!!! What do u know She retrieved my things Awe!! Priceless photos I thought were gone!! I have been trying to get ahold of the store for hours now and it keeps going to voicemail. Don’t know what’s happening and I got an over charge and need help.

The staff at this location have been fantastic every single time I have walked through the doors. I am always greeted warmly and promptly, even when they are busy. I may have to wait for an available agent on occasion, after being greeted, but I am never ignored or treated coldly, even when i show up in gardening gear or sweatpants on my way back from home depot. Theyve always had answers when I had questions and were happy to help with what I needed without being pushy and trying to sell me things Im not interested in. A+!

My phone experience with Kiana was Awesome, and went to the location and Armod helped us. The Customer service is a++++++++. I’ve been with ATT for a long time, and for 10 years I would not go into any local stores only felt with the 800 number. Kiana and Armod has truly changed my mind. I did find out that Kiana is the Manager of this location, Thank you ATT for such AWESOME employees.
Kalen gave me an exceptional experience at Laplace today. The young man, Kalen, was very patient with my sister and I who are both senior Citizens. I highly recommended my family and friends to this location. We love KALEN!

Went to the store to transfer accounts. We went thru the whole process and then he said he could not do it cause the Internet was slow. Occurs, this was after an hour. Told us to call the call service - never got thru the call service.I asked if someone else can do it. Then, he said they didnt do account transfers at this store He was doing it as a courtesy. Then, he said he will open tomorrow. That was funny since according to him they didnt do account transfers.

Everytime I go there eather for service or to just pay a bill they welcome you and resolve what ever issue you are having quickly and professionally the staff are great at my LaPlace store.
Neichelle was amazing Reoresentative, she was able to get a situation resolved that I have been dealt with since August 2019 in regards to devices that were returned within the alloted 14 days. It took me countless reps, countless hours of my work and personal time and resceived nothing in return but brick walls, headches and unlimted stress. Neichelle is an outstanding representative whom deserves the Customer Service of the year award. She handled my ordeal with an abundance of patience as she went over and above the call of duty to assist me and did not give up until it was done. She gave ne her word she would get this ongoing situation resolved and she did. More so after I told her I was asked by the Representative on the phone to come into to the store with my ID in order to receive my credit. KUDOS to the GOAT for releiving me of this stress. There are still awesome AT&T Representatives avalabke who truly love there job and it shows. Thank you Neichelle for the love you show for what you do and how you treat your Customers!! You should offer classes in customer service!!!

AT&T I have a lot to say about those people I signed a two-year contract a year 2 years November 11th Im sorry 21st then it was time for my upgrade I went from DirecTV to all hard Wireless another means cable to the TV where you TV dont shut down I have basic channels my Internet bill is $60 my house phone bill went from $12 to $32 my cell phone bill is $44 plus all the government taxes and all this stuff $211.19 kind of very expensive so if you live off of fixed-income dont let one of those salesman talk you into it not to mention they promised me a hundred gigabytes of RAM the guy who came and installed the system told me that I was too far to receive a hundred gigabytes so I wound up getting the same amount of gigabytes 45 but I have yet for anyone to contact me and say when missed a bear we going to drop your bill down to $44 where it was that for the internet so watch what you sign yourself into I believe theyre all like that and I just AT&T have a blessed day amen
Canceled service before it was even set up. Purchased TV and Internet services on a Tuesday. Wife was told they would install on Thursday. That didn’t happen, apparently no appointment was ever scheduled. So they rescheduled for the following Tuesday. Tuesday rolls around. We were told that we would be the first job of the day since my wife had a doctors appointment that afternoon. Tech never shows up. Finally make contact with tech, says he can’t come until after 230, the same time as my wife’s appointment. I speak to him and say that I can be there at 3. He seemed to have a problem waiting 30 minutes despite the fact that my wife wasted her entire day waiting around for him. Tech says he will call me back after speaking to his manager. He never does and forwards my calls when I try to call him. Now I try to contact Bridget at the store. Takes over two hours to finally speak to her as it seems only the original person you dealt with can “help” you. No answers as to why they didn’t show up. On Wednesday I call to see what’s going on and spoke to someone who supposedly handles scheduling installs. Get told some made up story about how we should haven’t been told that they were coming the week before and that she would call me on Thursday to let me know something. Thursday rolls around, no call. Friday, no call. I call Saturday morning and am told that they can’t come for another three weeks, nearly 5 weeks after originally purchasing services. Told them don’t worry about it at that point. It’s truly baffling that you pay somebody for a service and they just treat you like you are inconveniencing them by wanting what your paying for. This store does not care about customer service. Terrible experience.
Its AT&T. Fast service compared to other stores. Last 2 sales associates must have been new. Not very knowledgeable. Always very expensive.

Obviously do not know how to answer the phone, Ive tried calling the last 3 days to see if a product is in stock. My husband waited up there for an hour and no help so he left.

AT&T is a a place of friendly people as soon as you go through the door theres somebody waiting on you asking you what you need you can get almost anything there at one time I got a SIMs card for my cell phone that Im talking on you know its just fast and friendly.

Jay here is horrible. He was very threatening and intimidating and did not show he really cared about the customers. Only his commission. He kept bragging saying he was going to become a manager and did not seem interested in our situation or concern at all.
