Don’t call him a waste of time he came and took a look at the truck and told us that he would get it repaired but he needed some parts which would arrive in the morning so we believed him and stayed a night there and the next morning he doesn’t pick up the phone we called him at least 20 times that day but he did not pick up so I decided to get it towed to big wheel in Hammond I could have save one if we did not call him please don’t even bother calling him

Waste of money and time. Doesn’t have the proper tools/computer to fix a truck!

I called this company this weekend when one of my trailer bearings failed after picking up my load and heading home. I found them via a Google search near my location. This is normally a repair I would do myself, but didn’t have the tools with me to cut off the outer bearing that failed and was stuck on the spindle. I also wasn’t familiar with the area since I was passing through.When I first called, the guy was very helpful saying that he could definitely take care of that repair. When I asked about prices, he gave me a good ballpark figure for the cost. Having never had to call a business to come do a roadside repair for me before, I thought it was a little high. When I asked about parts stores locally to maybe do the job myself, his attitude changed completely. He became short & rude in his replies, saying something to the extent of “you found me with a google search, you can find a let’s house that way too.” I then started looking for local parts stores. After a couple minutes, the person riding with me and myself decided it would be best/faster to call the company back and just have them do the repair since they had all the tools needed on their truck. I called this company back to setup the repair. He indicated he was willing to come out and do the repair and asked about how I’d be paying. I wanted to use my company business card, to which he replied “I’m not doing a card” which infers that he has the ability but didn’t want to take it. He said I could do a cash advance on the card, but I wasn’t going to do that. I did have cash on me also, but only larger bills. So I informed him of that to ensure he could make change, his reply was “I have large bills too, and I have small bills too.” At this point, I should have given up on him based on his attitude, but I didn’t. He said he’d be at my location in about 45 minutes, but seemed rushed to get off the phone with me at this point. I waited, and waited, and waited. Figuring he was pissed off at me and making me wait a little longer, I gave him a little extra time. Still no show and no return calls. I called back, and the phone just rang and rang. Eventually, it went to an automated message stating the person was not available at this time. After getting this automated message and no show/no call, I figured he blew me off and wasn’t coming. I ended up having to unhook the trailer since it was immobile and leave it to go get parts & tools to do the job myself.At the end of the day, I wasted about 2 hours on this guy for nothing. He’ll probably read this and feel fulfilled/justified in his actions.Being that he never showed up, I can’t and won’t comment about quality of work. But I will say that he apparently lacks people skills. I would not recommend calling this company unless you really have no other option. If you find yourself in a situation that you have to call them for help, be careful and don’t upset them, because they’ll probably blow you off and block your phone number.
