I centered my light pickup on a rock while car camping from WI to the region, and mangled the frame well enough. Thelen was very accommodating. They communicated well with my insurance. The estimate was faster than expected, given the damage Id done. They were also honest in their reccomendations, citing reasons why the repair could surpass the estimate as completed.

Perhaps it’s because I am a broke college kid (like many), but I got a great deal for my repair. Was hoping to spend anything less than $4000 on my body repair, and they said it would cost $3500. The funny thing is, they showed me some simple tricks that did most of the job, and for payment they asked for the equivalent of $27! The best part is that they were most focused on whether or not I was happy. I was willing to pay the price, but they still spared me since it was a simple enough repair. It isn’t good as new, but considering the money that I saved, it was a more than exceptional job. I have a feeling this wouldn’t happen to every customer, but they seem to offer fantastic service. If you haven’t, give them a shot!

The window on my car failed right before a HUGE rain storm was due to strike. Figures it was also Friday at 4 pm I called and they said to come right over. WHEW! They were able to do some mechanical magic and voila the window was up. They ordered the part on the spot and that next week installed it! Alls well in my world !

Owners are not nice which translates into their staff being subpar. Was not happy and I couldve saved myself the expensive repair by doing it myself AND doing a better job. Avoid it like covid

HORRIBLE place do not bring your vehicle here. After bringing my car to get worked on through insurance Thelans lied to my insurance claim adjustor that work was getting done. In fact work was not getting done and it sat in their lot for four weeks. Eventually I had to move the car to another shop. With all the time I was out of a car I had to foot the $500 bill for a rental car. Thelans refused to pay for the rental that they caused me to be in. Worst place ever do not go here.

Nicest folks. Rolled in from Denver and had a minor fender issue. They did a temporary fix for free and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend this body shop.

Took a little longer than i would have liked but the end result was worth the wait. Jenny was always friendly as can be and Jeffs a good dude. They painted the whole front end and man it is spot on.

Thelens has repaired two of our vehicles (one accident and one for hail damage). Both times we had great service and honest estimates. Their work was excellent. Would definitely go back again and recommend to friends.

Horrible service they lack any kind of professionalism. They had my vehicle for over a month. I finally had another body shop go get it. They tacked on an additional $259.25 to the tow bill stating that they needed to make their 20% somehow. Very rude, very slow, very pathetic. I highly suggest you go elsewhere. They will rip you off!!!

When we first went to this shop for an estimate on our car that was damaged in a hit and run, the shop seemed helpful. When they found out it was a claim against State Farm, they did a complete 180, claiming we wanted to be paid for damages that were not from the accident we asked them to do the estimate for. A little google searching revealed that they are a State Farm approved shop and it was obvious they were more interested in maintaining their standing with the insurance company than in helping us get a potentially very dangerous problem with our sons car fixed. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. They are disorganized and unprofessional. I would hate for anyone needing help to have to walk into the same mess we did.

Went in for a simple estimate to fix some hail damage. No receptionist around. Stood in the waiting area for 20 minutes while one of their hands sat in his office and talked with friends. Then when he finally got off his a** and found the quote, he was extremely rude and gave no explanation or offer to gain my business. Quote was nearly double that of other body shops in Laramie. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere and will not be returning. Need to learn some customer service and professionalism. No idea how they are still in business.

Used them twice so far. The first time they replaced the doors on my truck and painted them. A year later the paint chipped of and they stood by their work and repainted the doors at no cost to me. Thats the kind of work and dedication youre looking for.

My Mustang was backed into. I got a few estimates and Thelens was very fair. They had the paint work done within 2 days, but there was some delay on parts. My bumper looks as good as new. I would recommend them to anyone.

Terrible place. Employee was rude and unwilling to do a simple estimate on a broken bummer. Thelens was also way over priced compared to other body shops. Would not recommend to anyone. Not even worth the time to take your vehicle to get looked at from them.

I went in for an estimate of the damage of my vehicle. The representative working with me was curt and churlish (almost as if he had better things to do with his time). Needless to say that the first impression is lasting and I do not plan to have them work on my car.

After sitting on our van for 3 weeks without finding a replacement door, we found one. When they missed our deadline for the work he refused to pay back the $500 deposit. Horrible customer service, horrible follow up.
