I needed some 110 octane gas and a gas can. Called ahead to make sure they had it and they only had 1 gas can left and I asked them to hold it for me and Id be right over. Got there and they had it set aside and filled it up right away. Staff was very friendly and courteous. This was my first time going here so I wanted to walk around and check everything out. I do not care for high pressure staff that hover over me and try to convince me to buy something. I told the gentleman that helped me I was gonna look around and he said no problem and to just let him know if I had any questions or needed anything. Overall I was very happy with the staff and customer service and they had a good amount and selection of different ridding gear, machines, and parts from what I could see. I will shop here again.

They help me tremendously. I had issues while traveling with my SXS and had issues. They advised me that I might have had the wrong oil filter installed. I bought the right one from them. They also check computer and help me with the issues. When I got to SD I pulled filter and found the dealership had put a 800 1000 maverick non x3 turbo filter installed. Had great advice and great help. I will be back by. And if I was not in Tennessee this would be the place I would do all my business

I brought my dirt bike in for new fork seals. I needed them done in a hurry right in the middle of summer and they got them done with time to spare. Thomas was friendly and got the job done. First time coming to this shop but will be back!

I enjoy going to this place and seeing the new products. I have not had any experience in the repair side of the shop. Most of my experience lies with parts. I have to give special recognition to Chad Carter. He has always been a pleasure to work with. He is very intelligent and helpful in any way possible. He solely has won my in my business with TNT motorsports.

Very friendly staff. Helped repair my sons dirt bike tire while on vacation and service tech fixed a few other minor issues. As we left my son commented “wow that guy went above and beyond and that’s not normal anymore”. Kids will tell it to you straight so I wanted to share.

My son bought his wife a new 850 Summit 165 for her birthday and we picked it up Saturday. It was a surprise and the staff was amazing! A special shout out of appreciation to Keeley for helping with ribbons, balloons, birthday cake and pink Mountain Armor rear bumper to make an unforgettable birthday for my daughter-in-law. Sunday she was ripping the powder in the Snowies!

They are over charged and they charge for sending parts just because they did not get to fix the snowmobile!I will never use them again no other shops charge to send parts from one dealer to another.

Very poor service. We ordered clutch weights over 2 1/2 months ago and still have not received them. Ask them why they havent received them yet and they cant even give you a viable reason. They just tell you they are on order, or there is . . . they should be in next week, who hasnt heard that one before! As a customer I would prefer not to have to wait until the next season to hopefully get the parts I ordered last season! We havent even received so much as a phone call from them!

Chase saved our day when we showed up on a Saturday with a leaky gas tank on one of our two sleds. Both of the mechanics were off that day, but Chase used his common sense, know-how, and neighborly generosity to assemble the required replacement parts and help us install them in the parking lot. We truly appreciate this kind of service, and count ourselves very fortunate to have this store nearby with its badass showroom, huge inventory, and awesome staff.

Less then helpful when I went in to purchase an ATV. Felt like I was an inconvenience to their day and not the customer. They could not answer simple retail questions about products, seemed like they were interested in not selling any of their products...hopefully just a fluke.

I had a radiator hose burst as I was passing through Laramie on Saturday morning. TNT took me in, fixed my 18 year old ST1100 and got me back on the road, saving my day and trip. Andy, Brian and Cody were terrific.

Service sucks bike sat in there shop for two weeks and did nothing. Said they were a week behind but apparently they must of been two behind. They dont have any customer service skills because all it would of took was a phone call saying were still a little bit behind so it is going to be a little longer to get to your bike. If getting bigger is a good thing I disagree because there customer service skills dont exist. I would recommend going some place else.

So she called us to help out. We went to TNT and with in that day we already had a deal on the table and getting paperwork done. They were so wonderful to us and our mother in law accommodating to her wishes and needs like sending the paper work to her and keeping everything a surprise for my father in law. Me and my husband came in today to look at a motor bike. There were 3 employees in the store. Two at the service desk and a lady outside with customers. Not one person waited on us or acknowledge us. We were there about 15-20 minutes. On our way out the lady that worked there walked in and assisted the white couple who just walked in the door. My husband will be buying a bike soon and it wont be from your shop. You just lost a few thousand dollars in revenue!!

Took atv in to get carb cleaned after waiting a week to get spot. Charged me 3 times what they quoted and took over a week to get back as well as I had to reconnect wires that were not reconnected I will never go back.

TNT is off the chain. The dealership is top notch, everything you need moto to snow. Called them up said I was flying in from KCMO bought this new skidoo 850 from Minnesota.. right?! Ready to get out on the POW in the range. Day after Christmas, pulled my sled in and installed a GGB can as I drove up to Albany in no time. These guys put the customer first and love the sport.
