Got a cold egg patty on a cold bagel. Overall would say it tasted like a pizza hot pocket that had been left out for about an hour (which was very offputting for an avocado and egg sandwich). Definitely will not be going back

Generally very long wait times. Theres not enough employees for how busy it is. Because of this, the food is slopily thrown together. I got a Nova lox bagel today and it didnt have any onions, barely any salmon and was given to me pressed together, not two halves like its supposed to be. For the price, they could do a lot better. It looks like the employees are going as fast as they can, so its probably on the management for lack or training and staffing.

Didn’t take too long to make. I got the turkey bacon avocado sandwich and it was delicious. The employees were very friendly.

Great tasting, fast food when youre in a crunch!

Ive been there for more than 8 times and they always get my oder wrong and make me wait for more than 30 minutes for a freaking sandwich. Very disappointed

Not enough cream cheese for a $4 bagel. A bit disappointed, but the atmosphere is great.
