I dont recall shopping here in recent days but I find they usually have what I am looking for and the staff have a home town nieghbor feel when visiting the store. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Very helpful.

Everyone is ALWAYS so friendly and helpful. Paxton not only helped me by carrying a heavy box out to my car but also met me at my destination and unloaded and carried it in for me. That was totally unexpected and SUPER helpful!! Thank you True Value and thank you Paxton! That helped so very much!

True Value of Laramie has the most helpful staff. Walk in and tell someone what youre looking for and theyll point you in the right direction.

True Value has great people they are young kids but they know exactly what theyre talkin about they are very polite and they do a great job

Instead of waiting in line at Ace I went to True Value as we had a broken water line. I needed a plug for a 3/4 inch pipe. A kid got it for me - I took it home and it didn’t fit. It was 6:52 PM and I live 13 miles from town. I called at 6:57 PM and told the kid I was on my way and the plug he gave me didn’t fit. I explained again I had a broken water line. He told me he had some place to be and had to leave. I went to Ace as they were open until 8. The kid at True Value failed to give me the CUPLER that I needed. Needless to say - although I like to spread business around- I won’t go back to True Value. If that kid were my employee he’d be looking for another job today. He was selfish and had no sense of customer service. Bad bad bad for business.

Richard helped my husband with an unusual issue. He spent a good few minutes or so working out what they both thought would be the best solution. It was good to have another brain to figure out.

They are always knowledgeable and helpful in all areas, greeting you when you come in and great service out to your auto. And fair prices, I would urge anyone and everyone to go there. They are a great asset to this community.

Every bit as good as Ace and always less crowded. This is a convenient location and I can find everything I need here for my Hardware needs. They also have popcorn and good Bargains of the month.

This place is out of this world AMAZING! I am here from out of town for business and I was very desperate to get a Post Driver or Post Pounder. I called ahead to see if they had one the gentleman who answered the phone (Nate or Aiden) went out of their way to help me.....I only had three minutes to get in and out because of a time sensitive job.... They said they had one left, and I said i would be right in. I showed up and it was waiting on me all red and beautiful.....I also needed to grab some salt..... Either Nate or Aiden helped me with the driver and the other went and got salt...... Im telling you I travel the United States and have NEVER experienced customer service this good.....Thanks guys you made my life easier.
