Friendly enough service, but not one employee wearing a mask means my family will absolutely not be using this store, since it’s clear they place little value on he health of customers during a global pandemic. We went in today for a quick notarization and were told the notary was out to lunch, and they didn’t know when she would return. The outgoing voicemail message and other messaging around the store suggested there would always be a notary on-site. So we waited in a painfully slow line to simply have to weave our way out again. Not recommended.

They literally just dont answer the phone??? Theyll either let you sit there with it ringing or forward your call but they wont even pick up to put you on hold. Otherwise Ive had issues with packages going missing, tracking numbers not working, and delivery estimates being completely off.

Ive dealt with this UPS store many times since moving to Laramie 3 years ago. The staff has always been knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I very highly recommend to anyone.

Avoid UPS in all services. Its not really UPS at all - just a ripoff private Dump.

I am generally very happy with the service at this UPS store. Today when I was at the store two employees were not wearing masks and not social distancing. Two customers were not wearing masks nor social distancing. I will not go back until I am fully vaccinated.

Yikes! Paid to have a letter certified delivered to FL in two days. The owner was just bragging about how he bought the place while his daughter and employee struggled to simply mail my letter. Its been week later, the letter has still not arrived causing a hefty fine to me. I have called multiple times, and apparently their phones arent working because they either dont answer or I get hung up on. So frustrated. Atleast they know how to make small talk.

I had a large item coming to me that was dropped off and supposed to be picked up by a freight company that never showed up. The team at the UPS store suggested to change it from freight to regular shipping and were very helpful and responsive. I ended up getting my shipment faster for the same cost as freight. Thank you!

Horribly inept at doing a simple task of locating a package that was shipped to this location. The help informed me that the package was not delivered, so i left the store drove 10 minutes in the other direction. Thenpulled over tracked the package and sure enough signed for by the store manager herself. When I called the manager out on her error. She had the gall to charge me the a 5.00 storage fee. Imagine that, screw up and still get paid. Way to take a hard line and stick to your storage fee policy. Tip of the hat to you my lady for taking the road less traveled.

This store is a scam

I had to return several items from Amazon and didnt realize it required separate return labels. They had to match up each label with the item in the box which got confusing and took a while. Instead of getting annoyed they were upbeat and friendly and they all had a great attitude. They even interacted with my young son to keep him entertained and gave him a balloon.

Great experience - every time! You are met with smiling faces once you walk in the door. They are very efficient. They get the job done quickly.

Nice store and great customer service. I had a small package to return to Amazon with a prepaid label and only large boxes at home. I went in expecting to have to buy a box and pay for them to package it. To my surprise the nice man in the store was able to get my item in a padded envelope and tape it up for me all at no charge. I will plan to return here next time I need to ship items.

People seem nice, but service is annoying. An attempt to deliver by their definition is: knock once, leave 5 seconds after. Hold package for 2-3 days. Stupid modus operandi.
