Came in on the 23rd of may, needed help getting my phone fixed after it kept shutting off at random, Paul at geek squad was not only one of the most helpful associates i have ever dealt with in retail but also explained to me what was causing the issue which i found very helpful. I will be back for sure just because of him and the good customer service he showed. Hoping to see him move up to manager level eventually because he knows how to help the customers! Hoping to be back soon to get my switch fixed

Is really important the knowledge and charisma of the sales representative, when you walk in the store just to spend some time and you end up buying a TV.
They offered help. Purchased items but wasnt asked the color I wanted and didnt realize until I had already left. Trying to call to see if its possible to correct the order. Not satisfied at all. Hopefully they get to change it.

Bought exactly what I needed with few few problems. Only problem I truly had was that the keyboard I wanted wasnt in stock, but its understandable. Its a highly sought after keyboard.

Had the things I wanted in stock I will be back.
So i place an order online since i cant go inside store due to covid. It says order will be ready for pickup today within an hour. An hour passes and app says order is not ready yet. I drive over there and parking lot is completely empty. Employees are outside chatting and standing around. I ask if they can give me my order. They tell me no, wait in line. Even tho my item is in stock and nobody is doing anything. I waited until the store closed at 8pm in parking lot and my order was never ready. Im gonna cancel my order and advise my family to shop elsewhere from now on. Pathetic and lazy employees. Sad.

Went in looking for a dryer. There was a young woman and man in that department sitting at work station chatting it up.Neither ever offered to helpUs. Were only there 2 minutes after we saw how overpriced their appliances are.Now i understand why Best Buys are closing all over the US.Very disappointed, and Lowes gets my money
They never seem to have the 3080 graphic cards in stock and the employees are always in a bad mood.
It was a good Best Buy to go to! Its big and expansive and clean, easy to navigate to! I didnt need any service because I didnt get anything but it was nice browsing around and looking at stuff, especially the video games and PC and Lap tops! I dont have many if any complaints, its a good Best Buy, give it a try if you want!
Went in for a laptop repair with the geek squad they did a good job and it was quick.

Had a horrible experience with josh, his incompetence had my heart racing and I swear I would have been right to sue, if I had a tachycardia again. Thankfully the supervisor was able to understand and take my payment. I wore the mask slightly below my nose so I can breath easily. I went to make and in and out payment, if I was browsing the store I could understand.

The supervisor Luis do not accept store mistakes and told me to be careful reading the price tags. I wanted to buy one wireless headphones the tag in the shelves showed a price of $21.99 the cashier marked $39.99. He just said sorry, be careful next time, no doubt much better to buy on line.
Great place to get interest free credit for at least a couple of months. Great way to get what you need quickly.
The one here in laredo sux. Employees are rude and seem to hate their jobs and make it impossible to get items you want. Needless to say this is why Amazon gets more business.
Poor experience. There was only two guys for the entire store so I had to wait a long time just to get the attention from one of them just to tell me to go to a line in a way a little bit rude (I am guessing the guy was overwhelmed). Very limited options of products so you buy what you can not what you actually need. I was slightly decided to buy a nice mirror less camera, but in that situation I decided to go away and go to vacations in Mexico with my regular DSLR being the last store before the border.
Went to see The Geek Squad re: RECOVERING MY FB ACCOUNT BUT WAS TOLD THAT WITH OUT A P/W, THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO TO RECOVER MY ACCOUNT. BUT Emillo was very kind n pleasantly patient with dealing with my issues on my phone.KUDOS TO THE GEEK SQUAD!!!! YAHOO!!

Almost never a helping hand at sight, but for sure theyre looking at people to make sure they dont steal. Theres always more employees just chatting at the entrance and exit than there is out in the departments offering help. As well as there is never enough cashiers helping clear out the lines. Poor customer service. Thank goodness for ordering online as its become a much better experience than having to look for help from employees.
Bought a phone online with affirm and went in 30 mins before closing to grab it. The cashier was freaking amazing and she was so adorable... She was trying to help offering different alternatives as the system took forever before it allowed them to actually pick the phone and I needed it TODAY. Loved their service.

I ordered online at 3:00am and it was ready for pickup shortly after opening. The curbside instructions were clear and delivery was prompt.
The lady that was helping me out was very rude. Everything else was okay.
Ive gone a lot of times and Ive had only had 2 bad experiences with employees attitudes. This cashier that gave me the wrong change once and he had to call his manager to check the cameras to verify if I was lying and overall they were pretty aggresive towards me even after they found out they made the mistake they never apologized.

I enjoy going to BestBuy because I do find what I am looking for and customer service is usually willing and available to provide needed support and information on products. Regardless, I do suggest not to go on the last hour. Especially if you want to make an informed purchase, or a good purchase. At the last hour customer service attendants seem to scatter far, and farther from customer until one ends up feeling awkward and would perfer to apologize for asking for help. I am at home now, eating popcorn and ready to join the online community ---watching product reviews and making purchases online.

Great service, my only suggestion is when we order something delivered to home available from this store, this store need to ship it directly to us instead a warehouse from another state so we can have our things faster.UPDATE They delivered my items directly from the store in great condition and soon than I expected them.
Best buy has always been my go to place for electronics but recently their customer service has gone down. Was there for 1 hour and no one ever asked if I needed help. Hopefully they get back to their actual rating soon.
For the past week and a half Ive been wanting to buy a camera. Ive been to best buy 3 times and I could not find anyone to help me. I wish it was like the computer section where they come and ask if they can help you. Its not even that busy yet so forget about shopping for cameras this holiday season.

Amazingly fast when it comes to curbside pickup! Nobody was allowed inside on this particular day, so I ordered online for curbside pickup and waited in my car. I got my order within 20 minutes!

Its always hard to get help here. We always have to be chasing employees around. Today this employee tried to evade us and when i called out to him he thought nobody was watching him and he rolled his eyes before turning to look at me. Im not gonna say his name because im not trying to get him in trouble but i really hope he sees this and takes it as a wake up call.If you don’t like your job then give it to someone who will appreciate it buddy.
Every time that I have been here I always get a good service in all the departments, most if not all of the people that works here are pretty knowledgeable in there areas and even if you go to customer service without an appointment, you will still get seen in good time.
I love the step the company has taken into consideration. They way they are controlling traffic and adjusted their hours to provide a better service with all that is going on. Keep up the great job.

Best Buy has mostly everything I need. Very clean store and the staff is helpful. Finding an employee to answer your questions or assist you is a chore. Geek Squad could be more helpful instead of relying on the appointments. I wish Best Buy had more sales though. All in all, I still love this place.

If you buy gift cards from best buy do at your own risk, I purchased several from this store and one was missing the amount purchased, came back after the holiday and explained the problem, with receipt on hand, and all they could say was that they checked the security cameras and that it showed I received all of the gift cards...now num nuts I was not questioning I didnt receive the gift cards, Im questioning the fact that the amount I purchased was not added to one of them 🤦♂️needless to say I didnt resolve anything 😳
This is a smaller store compared to what Im use to, but the store is clean and friendly workers.
Curbside pick up is horrible. They are low staffed. It took nearly 2 hours (from order to pickup) to get my stuff, as where other Best Buys it takes less than 40 mins (from order to pickup).

Good place to get an electronic, but it has been on the decline with reduced inventory. Also they have fewer employees like another reviewer mentioned. It really shows how much online retailers have hit it. Better sales and customer service would go a long way to revive the place.

I was needing help with a service, I understand completely that they could not do that. The attitude from the employee and the manager Carlos was completely poor. When I pointed that out I was told by Carlos that it was tough times. I told him that it was tough for anyone. I will gladly do my Bestbuy shopping in San Antonio.
They need to close later the 8 p.m. other then that the staff was friendly.

A few times now Ive wasted my time going to the store for an order that, despite saying its processing at the store, isnt even there. Dont over promise Best Buy. I needed something TODAY. if I had known you were going to take longer and not uphold your scheduled delivery date, I would have bought elsewhere.

I went to Bestbuy with the intention to buy a phone. Guy at the counter said it was 300 dollars and didnt want to at least show it to me. He couldnt open the box and wanted for me to blindly buy it. Screw Best Buy and their over priced electronics.
