Michaels always has a sale!! Don’t take your coupons! Coupons are only good for regularly priced items.The place is clean and cool. Restrooms need upgrade though.

Theyre excellent at curbside pickup. They have the orders ready so fast and they get your merchandise out to you right away. Theyre doing a fantastic job. This is my second order since the quarantine began.

Love shopping here, theres product here for (almost) every hobby. Very limited fabric section. Aisles are tight and sometimes feel claustrophobic. Otherwise great product and varied staff.

The place has a ton of registers but only one is ever used. The lines are typically long for that reason. The customer service is alright, for a bit corporation I wish there were more employees working so they could help out guests.

You can find anything for your craft projects. I always come up with more ideas while in the store. One stop shop and prices are perfect.

Employees do there job clean store and stock but feel like i am shopping in cold store no greeting or at least one time ask if i need assistance be cause how many time you need to change the merchandise around and not many thing for man like we dont have hobbies

The store is pretty cool. Id recommend just putting more signs in the aisles of whats in there because it took me a bit to find the acrylics. But other than that the store is cool.

Yes, this place has been bested by hobby lobby but for sure, they will have more types of things that Hobby Lobby doesn’t have. I am getting married and I am making my bouquet. I have a specific color and hobby lobby did not have nice flowers in that color, not to mention, they were extremely expensive without the discount. Michaels had a nice cheat selection.

I think its the only store in town that has new merchandise and no empty shelves

Well my experience today wasnt so good. When we got to the register to pay nobody was there. There was an employee fixing some merchandise/prices close to us and didnt even bother to call someone or let us know someone would be with us soon. We stood there for a while and Paulina never said or did anything and just because the phone rang and someone came to answer is that she took care of us.

Hello everyone,So let met get start on saying that this place has so many items ^^ I think it also is a little cheaper than hobby lobby and has more items but I always expect full stocks down this street since they seem to traffic a large amount of people.Sometimes they have really big discounts, but there are also times where some items are a little more than over priced, however if you are a last minute shopper and have the funds you should come here I have never spend less than $35 here so I am assuming this is probably the least amount you will spend if buying a few things.If you are into stationary that have so many colors and prints I think you would love it here, however for plain white I recommend just going to your local Walmart to not get over priced.The reason I deducted a star was because sometimes the items are completely scattered everywhere which is awful when you expected something to be a certain price then for it to be almost triple the amount.I am sure with a little more employees making sure everything is in place you will have better sales and more of a pleasant customer experience.

Great store with a lot of things to redecorate your house or make a school project. There is not much to complain, although its hard to find the employees who work there in case you have a doubt, definitely recommended if you like to do little projects!

This is my go-to place for all my art supplies. Paints at reasonable prices, canvas in different grades, so many different types of paper to choose from, and so many different media brands to choose from. The associates are always suggesting different items and helping with coupons and discounts.

Michaels have a variety of materials to craft. It is a little pricy but occasionally there are great sales.

The few times ive came here havent been terrible, but i cant say that it was great either. Its not organized well. You will find yourself walking around the entire store for a product you need due to aisles not being marked. I also had to hunt down employees to find things which isnt in itself a bad thing necessarily since im not crafts expert. But the employees can be as hard to find as the item.

Check outs lines are always too long. Even for simple refund or exchange transactions - you have to make line regular checkout line.
