My rear windshield had randomly shattered due to a truck drivers truck spitting rocks. I went here and expected more to spend but I actually saved and it was replaced end of day. I didnt expect tint to be there so I was super delighted that they even tinted it! Taking my other car for tinting. Great pricing. Shop local!
Salvador was very knowledgeable n knew about my car problem. Able to answer all my questions n asked one of the workers to check the car to verify my problem with theFrame of my car. Will be back for work to be done on my car. Was advised to how much n time to be repaired. Was very satisfied withthe service given me. Thank you.
Customer service is horrible but people keep goin like i do because the part most times is in town whst i dont understand is why they cant give you your item with out your reciept, if they took down your information at the time of purchase. To add insult i was sold a hood as aluminum got a fiberglass hood instead. So watch out for what they are selling you.
We purchased a rear bumper 2 days ago for a 2015 Dodge Dart and told the guy that assist us that we needed the bumper without sensors, when they gave us the part they never mentioned to us that they are not responsible for returns after they sell them to you plus they have sold us something that we never asked for even we have the receipt where they charged us double for the bumper and gave us the wrong one. We were trying to get somebody from upper management but employees refused to provide information about them, and said that the highest level there is the female manager in charge which is really upsetting since they lie to customers or sell them the wrong parts and then they dont want to be responsible for fixing the issues. I think people should stop buying there because of the poor management and the type of representatives they have at that location is horrible service what they provide.
They don’t refund you even though it’s their mistake. Do not recommend going there at all. Save your money and go somewhere else

Not a good place to deal with have had many problems with them customer service isnt good at all, then they want to deliver parts at 10 pm will not be using them any more wasted my time and my customers time very unprofessional. I have been waiting for a car part since wednesday the 9th, i was told same day it will arrive here in eaglepass texas, then i was told thursday it will arrive, friday it will arrive saturday for sure, now its monday and nothing yet, this is the worse experience i have ever recieved. I did not receive any phone call, i am the one calling to check up on my part, I even spoke to manager he assured me every day it will arrive and nothing.

Took my car on Saturday 9:40 AM for a windshield replacement that had been paid the car dealership I bought the car from.The windshield was in stock because I already had to wait for over two weeks for it to arrive. Went at noon to check the car, was in the same place I left and and was told would be ready, that there were only two cars before it. Went again at 3:30 PM fearing that since the place closes at 4:00PM the car wouldn’t be ready and I will have to get a ride Monday to work.I was told then that they closed the lobby at 4:00PM but that they closed at 10:00PM and they will call me and it will be ready that day.Went at 8:45PM and my car was in the same spot in the parking lot, blowed the horn to see if someone came so I can get my car and no one came.10pm came. 11pm came and no call. Sunday they don’t open and I’m without a car until they decide Monday to work on it.When I go for a service I expect to be told the truth. I expect that if a service will not be provided as told, at least to be called to pick up my vehicle. Good service is not based on lying to your customers. Is based in providing the services as promised. I DO Not recommend this place. I am stuck because the payment was already provided. If you can take your car somewhere else where they will be sincere and straightforward to their customers

Bad experience! When i called they gave a price and when i went in to buy what i needed they sold them to me at a higher price. I also paid for something they ordered on a wednesday and told me it would be in on friday, its been 3 weeks and stil hasnt arrived. I call at least once a week and they always tell me tomorrow. They take long to answer or dont answer at all, and when they do answer they put you on hold. They need a better system for service. The lobby is always full of people, because they take forever to get the parts and only have 2 people attending customers.
Very bad customer service paid my order with my debit card and when i went to pick it up the said the didnt had the part and the gave a recipt they didnt gave me my part!!! VERY BAD EXPIRENCE WITH THEM WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!! Dont pay them untill they give you the part they suck
Ordered a part for my Nissan, was told it would arrive in the afternoon. When I went back they asked me to go back again the next day, so I did. They told me the same thing the part hadnt arrived but it will arrive the following day at 3pm. I went 2 days after just to give them the time to receive it for sure.When I went back, I turned in my slip for my part, after waiting patiently for an hour I approached the front desk to ask how much longer were they going to take just to give me what I order. They informed me they got the wrong part and to go by again the following day. I still have received what I ordered, because once again I have to try again tomorrow.
Worst car experience. Estimated repair time 3 weeks. Been over 4 months and every time I check on status I am told next week. At this point I will be taking my car half finished and fighting for a refund.
One price given when you call and yes they have it. Once you get there theyll have to order it and bump up the price almost double for a week eta to arrive.

Terrible service. A simple pick up takes over an hour and communication is the worst I’ve ever experienced anywhere. Fair price but at the cost of terrible service and in an unreliable time frame. One day paint jobs turned into a week of mistakes with the constant answer “your car will be ready tomorrow”. Never again.

Worst service. called on a Wednesday to take my vehicle, see if they had a part, they said they had. Took it in Thursday in the morning to get it worked on, they said they only had three cars in front. called in the afternoon to see how it was going or if it was ready, They said it would be ready later same day, that they stayed till 10 or 11 at night. Never got a call. waited to Friday Noon, give them time to come up with a new excuse, They said they were working on it that they would call as soon as it was ready. Guess what?? they never called!!!!!! two days already when they supposedly only had 3 vehicles. Worst part is they charge you before even doing the work. Any shop, any oil change place, any car wash charges you after they have done the work... this is the 2nd time I take a vehicle. first time was grand, guess what this will be the last time!!!!!
Has most of the parts youre looking for. But some parts are more expansive than the dealership. Like in my case, this last visit. My advise is to compare.

I had a horrible experience! I took my truck for a repair that the manager said was going to take a day for it to get fixed. The following day he was trying to turn my truck into me with a horrible paint job and the fender unaligned correctly. I left my truck there and it’s been over a week and everyday that I would they told me it will be ready by today. Please don’t take your business to these people! They are bad at customer service and there quality of work is very poor.
Called and requested a price for a windshield glass and they provided the price of $140. $100 for windshield and $40 for installation when I arrived the following day they said that the windshield glass was for $240 and $40 for installation for a total of $280. When i told the lady who i had spoken to the day before and the price he gave me and she saidOh well that was yesterdays price apparently priced went up from yesterday... Not professional at all. No ethics. Never again... Found it cheaper somewhere else. Thanks but no thanks
This place is shady. They say they have the part you’re looking for, you pay, then they check their “warehouse “ only to find they do not have it but can order it for you. They claim it will arrive the next day at noon but that’s also a lie. While I was waiting, I watched the salesperson do it to two other customers. It’s a scam. Try your best to avoid it.

POOR SERVICE !!! Had a very bad experience, Very unorganized and poorly manager . I called today to find out a price on an item I needed and I clarified with the representative on the phone if it was the correct item and he informed me that it was the correct one with the price of $65 dollars I took his word and drove 25 miles to go purchase the item. As I was ordering the item and I was told told that the item was @ a price of $125 and and informed CSA that I was told by (Jose) other wise, a female rep that helped didn’t even show no concern didn’t even care about the inconvenience of the drive or the time that I took after being misinformed . Now I Still bought 2 parts because I’ve never had issue with this auto parts vender so I gave them a chance, Now one of the items that I purchase was incorrect and I requested if I could return due the the part not latching on right but wanted to leave the main item that I needed in order . The rep came back and told me that they are going to cancel the whole order of a total of $177 because they didn’t want to do business with us over a $40 part that was really no big deal now this was a decision made by a manager that didn’t even show their face to explain the issue. I will never go back again to this place that doesn’t care about the customer! This a message to people the people so the can know what kind of service you can expect
I called the COPS!!!!!! 28hrs for windshield repair Ridiculous... they lie!! They refused to give me my car back after 26 hrs!!! The cops came... told me that they have been there too many times to count for the same reason!! If they would be honest with customers, not over promise and under deliver it would be understanding. First time shopping here . I went to order a part for my truck and turned out they had it in stock. Marvelous..made my day. Clerk was fast and very friendly . She opened package to confirm if its what i wanted and that part was not broken or any issues. Highly recommended also for the price..
Same situation as the last person. They said it would take between 2-3 days. I call 3 days later and they tell me it won’t be ready till next week on Saturday. They had Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to call me and notify me of this change and they didn’t. After the phone conversation, they said on Friday afternoon it would be ready. So there I go Friday and surprise it’s not ready. I had to call the cops, and they had me waiting till 7. And thank god the cops were there, she told one of the guys there when did they plan to release the car since they had said 5:30 and the guys response was “well we close at 10”. After the cop talked to him he immediately released our car. That means they were just taking there sweet time to release the car. Horrible service, horrible attitude, and they lie. Please do not go here.
Really bad service and when I specifically asked them that i wanted the part for my car and they confirmed with me that everything is returned back that they do not stay with the parts.When i went to pick up my car and had asked them that i would like the car part, they said for me to return the next day. The day of the pick up of the car part they told me a different story that they dispose of the parts. Which was not the agreement from the beginning. Will not be going back .
Lengthy customer service, complete lack of courtesy and promptness, the A/C was not working, the items are pricy, plus the part I ordered was not in stock and it took them one week and a half to find out.. Never got a call to get notified... Two visits totaling at least one hour and a half just to not get what they promised they had. Stay away from this place unless you dont mind wasting your time and being annoyed.
Rear window on car lost support and fell back into frame. Firestone on McPherson near Shiloh wanted 1200+ to fix it and said there was no other way!! Went to Virlar near bowling alley and they perfectly fixed it labor included couple hours for under $200!! Excellent customer service also. Honest people
This is one of the WORST shops ever. I don’t waste your money they are LIARS and Shady. And they’ll inflate the price after your give the “down payment”.They had me on hold for 30min until I decided to hang up and call back. They kept rejecting me and placing me on hold on the first second of answering. They didn’t want to answer because they gave me an APPOINTMENT on Monday I took OFF WORK just to take the care of the window replacement. Then head over to their mobile shop in Del Rio Texas(home town) then happen to find out that they don’t work on mondays and they gave me the round around an not just that they told me a price and after they raised it form 120 to 140 + 80 + taxes. And I lost half a day of my job today. If I could I would off sue them.

Friendly GM but staff want to ignore you. Front desk has no idea whats going on in the shop. Maybe because their English is not great.General over promise under deliver time frame for auto repair. Missed time frame by 100%. 2 weeks instead of 1. Said on pickup, will be ready in 5 minutes and took almost 2 hours. This could be a Spanish culture thing. Maybe?Work looks quality enough but missed several details like not recharging AC, not fixing left blinker, not including broken mirror in estimate and not fixing requested windshield.Price was good. if I come again I will ask for more detail and for written time frames.
Same situation as many here. in the past ive had solid experiences. altho the parts were of poor quality, its fine. but this time around one lady in particular is very rude and gives the run around, AFTER i pay they check and item is not in stock. will be ordered for next day, a week has passed and I have to keep calling to see. i said id cancel and she said i had to walk in. how? you took my pay through phone, you can easily refund me over the phone. i was fortunate enough to talk to Karina (C?) and she was nice and helped, did the refund over the phone and said she was sorry, but the other lady is a mess. and keeps the person waiting. if you tell me itll take a week. fine. but dont string me along day after day with lies. either way i canceled and rather order online.

They have alot of car parts available and if they dont have it they can order it. I called to get a 3rd brake light price, and the employee on the phone confirmed the product back to me with its price. When I went by they gave me a higher price. Waste of time, I got the exact same product online for $20 less. Its the 2nd time this has happened. I try shopping local but with higher prices and lies, I think Im gonna stick to online from the start now.

I would give it a -1 if it was possible. My father brought his car from San Antonio to fix the trunk and paint job for his car. Before he brought it, he called to get an estimate and how long it would take. 1 week and 2 days exact would be the time frame. Its been 3 weeks now. He has been calling constantly & every employee had told him something different. They promise to send pictures of the vehicle (to see the process) & return his calls & nothing. HE has to be the one calling and checking up. Long story short, they told him his vehicle was FINALLY ready by midday. He makes his way to Laredo from SA @ 2pm to be told it still needs to worked on. Instead of apologizing, the customer service he received was ridiculous and rude. After being very upset, they told him to go back at 5pm( same day) & it should be ready then... Well.... It wasnt. They didnt work on it. Not only was it a waste of time making a trip, they are BIG time liars. Idk how they still have a business running. Its very ridiculous. On top of everything they tell him it should be ready by new years day (obviously they dont open that day) once again lying to his face. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY!

Ordered a part. Was told it would take two days to arrive. But took 6 days and got the wrong part. Talked to them many times but little to no communication between front desk/driver. Very unhappy.
This is hands down a crooked mechanic shop. I received a price quote and agreed to have the job done there. It was my first time getting service with them. I was told it would be completed that afternoon. Without any courtesy phone call, I was told when I arrived the vehicle would not be ready until the next day. I had to get a rental that afternoon. The next day, same story. It was not ready and was hit with the news that they were going to have to charge me more money. $200 more. The reason they gave me was the person who gave me the quote did not estimate properly. I argued against it, and let them know this was illegal. After this discussion, they agreed to complete the job for the quoted price. However, upon the end of the third day as I waited for my vehicle, I was informed that they had made a part replacement not in the scope of authorized work and would have to charge me an additional $150. In the end, I paid just to get my vehicle out of these unqualified peoples hands before they could cause further damage. My vehicle has not been the same since. As for the job I had authorized them to do, never saw any evidence it was done.This place is a NIGHTMARE, including the ignorant staff that have no knowledge of auto parts, mechanical labor, or service.To those of you thinking of going to this place, my advice is to look to a reputable shop. It may cost you more up front. But it is better than to be lured by a reasonable price and have it be much more costly in the end.
Some of the staff are super rude and move on to the next person when they cant seem to solve your problem. I rather go somewhere else, even if the parts are more expensive.

Worst experience ever!!! I ordered a brand-new part for them to replace and they thought they can just clean my old part and not replace it. If we wouldnt have called them out on the fact they didnt change it they wouldnt of told us. Luckily we took pictures of old part and showed them. They made an excuse that painter had left for the day. They changed the price on us 3 times and made us go back 4 different times to replace a simple mirror. Make sure you inspect their work and its best if you take it to professionals. Uneducated reps at hand. Never going back.
Worst customer service ever!!!I needed an a/c condenser for my vehicle and was having trouble finding one locally. I was told by my mechanic to call this place virlar auto. I called and they told me that they had the part in stock so I told the person over the phone that I was on my way to get it. As soon as I got there the guy that was attending charged me for it and told me to have a seat and wait for the part. After like 20mins sitting there he comes back to tell me that he didnt have it, but that he could get it tomorrow by lunch time. I told him ok, since youve already charged me for it.I left and kept looking for the part and luckily found it at a local auto parts store so I went ahead and purchased it.I figured, ill just call virlar auto tomorrow and tell them that I no longer need it. The next day when I called, I asked them for a refund, automatically the lady on the phone got defensive and told me that in the reciept it says all sales are final. she also told me that I shouldve known better before I went ahead to wasting their time. I tried to explain to her that I didnt even take the part. I understand if you take it and want to bring it back but in my case I didnt even take it (besides you all had told me that you had it in stock which wasnt true)this lady then told me that it was my problem and hung up on me!I got very upset about it (still am) and thought about calling the police but im not the type to make scenes in public which I find embarrasing, so I decided not to go down to her level. Wish there was a half star to select.I took my ford F-150 to have the driver side door replaced along with fender.After 2-3 months they finally had it ready for me and of course it wasnt looking the same. during the time of me touching bases with (Virlar auto parts) I had asked to speak to a manager and an elderly ladies voice answered and told me if I had the balls to speak to her in person to go and handle it all words were in Spanish just to clarify.I eventually found out it was the owners wife.couldnt help but laugh at this lady and how they actually handle upset customers questions.I understand they might get frustrated at times but they need to understand that this is what is putting food on their tables, paying for a roof over their heads and how they currently have a good lifestyle.Google reviews tell you everything...Going back to my truck experience, after picking it up I immediately noticed my driver side stepper missing and asked what had happened to my side stepper and the lady along with two other men who appeared to be subordinates from the back advised they had no idea and that the truck came in with no side stepper. I didnt not make a big deal out of it knowing I was not going to win so I decided to make a police report.Turned out my truck in fact did go in to their shop with both side steppers and parts replacement back warehouse employees took it off and misplaced it (according to what they told the investigator). Terrible service. I went in to get my bumper checked out. Instead of sending a professional to look at my vehicle, photos were taken and diagnosed thru these images. The “specialist” said i had a busted bracket. I was going to be charged almost 400 for something I didn’t need.
They have what you need and give good service in person. Pray you dont need to call them though. Will out you on hold for half an hour usually.
First of all, dont listen to them when they have something in stock. We called ahead before to see if they had the window in stock and they assured us they did. We go to drop off the vehicle and 4 hours later we call to check on the status of the vehicle and they say they havent started on the vehicle yet because they cant find the part. We again call a couple of hours later, since they didnt call us back, and they say they can complete the repair on Monday once they receive the part. They were rude in their response just saying they could have the vehicle ready on Monday.I just want to write this to let future customers have them physically check the actual inventory before committing to this shop. I pray the repair will be better than the service.--Edit---Replying to the owners response:As a matter of fact, we are heading to the shop to pick up our vehicle after we were told you all saw my comment and reserve the right to refuse service. Their bad manners and high esteem of themselves shows that this city needs another body part store asap! Please look online for cheaper parts before shopping here. They dont tell you but if you order the part and dont need it or want to return it because you found it cheaper online, they will not! According to them all sales are final, it only says on the receipts but no where in the store. They are very shady and will not respect you or your money so it is best to take your business else where. Wish there was a -1 star. Worst experience w/ any business ever. Called Saturday to have a back glass replaced. Man on the phone said they had the glass in stock @ their warehouse. Took my car in and they made me wait an hour to verify if the glass was there. Nope. They state theres an empty space in the stock where it should be. They assure me, TWICE, they can order and have the vehicle ready by Monday @10am. Monday 9am, I call twice and get hung up on. Go into the store and they tell me the car should be ready by 10. Wait for an hour, not ready. Ask to speak to a supervisor, not available. The young guy in front says he actually saw the glass being mounted before we spoke. It should be another hour. Its around 12pm now and I get a call WHILE Im sitting on their couch stating my glass HASNT EVEN ARRIVED!!! And wont arrive until 3pm! I speak to the young man again and asked if he straight up lied to me and what was going on! He is obviously frustrated and has no answer. Makes a closed fist and puts it down on the counter and walks away. Again I asked to speak to a manager and they say theyre on lunch. You can clearly see supervisors sitting in the back room. continue to wait, because I have no choice, and at 3 they tell me that they havent even started working on my car but it should be ready in an hour and a half.They kept me waiting at their business allllll day. While i was there, i witnessed the female staff being rude and treating customers poorly. Just walking away when someone asked for assistance. Not even apologizing when equipment wasnt in the shop at promised time. One lady, prominent member of Laredo, was calling pro 8 news because they messed up her Lexus and werent gonna advise her of a mistake they knew they made.I actually didnt get my car until 7Pm, the stores closing time. And i knew they didnt allow my vehicle enough time for the glass to set before releasing it. So I asked for compensation in form of guarantee that if I have issues I can bring it back to be corrected. Nope. The owner finally came out of hiding and refused to give me this. After having dealt with them all day, no consideration for ANY of their customers. So because of my request, ALL the supervisors came out and I almost wanted to laugh when 5 people, mostly men, began yelling at me and threatening to remove the glass entirely because i wasnt happy and because I didnt want to sign their amateur word doc waiver. They FORCE all their customers to sign before releasing vehicles. Probably bevause they know their work isnt up to par.The owner, Jesus Vilar, literally dangled my proof of receipt over my head until I signed. I signed only because I wanted to get the hell outta there. Also, another male yelled that my glass was only in stock in 10 locations in Texas and that its difficult to get ahold of. LMAO!! I responded by telling them this had nothing to do with my request, BUT if your company knows this, why promise such quick repair. Idk how someone with no morals, is also a doctor. And I know the owner will respond with some sort of discrediting statement and how I must be a competitor but I have my receipt. All this could have been avoided with some HONESTY and INTEGRITY.I just wanted to add that most customers who went into this place left dissatisfied, and when they would discuss amongst themselves, staff would stare and make horrible faces. Get your staff to be more professional and bilingual.I dont get any personal gain from posting this. And all the other people obviously dont gain anything either. Its laughable how so many can leave feedback and your company not take anything in consideration. Your replies should not be discrediting to your customers but a chance for you to redeem yourselves.

Very bad service.. They are thiefs and liars...they are a scam 100% Took my grandpas journey to get fixed.. they quoted all new parts and fixed the same ones.. Also a poor job.. they hire bodymen with no skill. Then when you go and confront them about it they act defensive and a big tall guy tries to intimidate you.. And they charge dealer prices.. Honestly I dont know how they are still in business... They should have their license suspended.. People dont take your cars to get fixed there..I just because I have to choose 1 star.. I wish it had the option of putting - star...

Called this place and found out that no-one speaks English!!!!! Kept me on hold for at least 10 minutes and every few minutes someone picked up and spoke Spanish but as soon as I say something they would put me on hold and at the end picked up and said something in Spanish and hang up. Now Im not sure if I should buy an item off their eBay listing because I dont know who Im dealing with!!

We have had a sales representative, initially presented him self w the name of George but once we discovered the issues he immediately started calling him self Carlos, visit our property to give us a bid on 3 different vehicles. The sales representative inspected the vehicles and guaranteed to us he could easily fix each car. We wanted a very detailed estimate rather than a ball park estimate, so George or Carlos, as the representative decided to take the cars and inspect them at their store so they could give us as detailed of an estimate as possible. They proceeded to begin repairs without ANY permission to do the work nor signed agreement and they proceeded to fix items that didnt need to be fixed nor were they discussed with the representative. We reached out to the local business and attempted to initially get a status on the estimate but we could never reach George or Carlos until the 1st vehicle was finished. At which point they called and demanded for the vehicle to be picked up or else they threaten to have the vehicle impounded or scrapped to force an elder citizen to pay $500.00 on a bid that was only projected to be $250 worse case scenario and again WITHOUT ANY APPROVAL TO PROCEED. Upon returning the first vehicle the car was NOT fixed for what was asked of the business and finally Carlos or George showed his face and he said I FIXED WHAT I THOUGHT I SHOULD FIX, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN FOR THE OTHER STUFF. but again under threats of having the car towed away they forced an elder citizen to sign a receipt for the payment and they took that as a way to justify their unjust actions. 2 different people, before my self, attempted to deal with them but they have enganged in deceptive trade practices by lying at every corner and miss representing the truth in every way possible. They further; took an aggressive tone and threaten everyone who called them. They were told NOT TO DO ANY WORK on any vehicles but continued to ignore, when I tried to personally reach out to work things out I asked for a manager and was given CARLOS or GEORGE as the person to speak with. THEY REFUSE TO ALLOW US TO SPEAK W THE OWNERS. CARLOS or GEORGE was offensive, rude, demeaning, and attempted to provoke physical violence as he continued to personally insult me as I was trying to resolve the matter. Attached is a recording of all video and audio conversations to show their hypocrisy and misleading sales practices. Once I was challenged to go down to their stores to say things like a man, to Georges face they just continued to offed me while offering NONE possible solutions to the matter. Once I disagreed they called the cops to force me out of the business, all I asked for them was to show me any signed contract, which they didnt have and doesnt exist, to justify any of their actions.DO NOT TRUST, THEY HAVE A REPUTATION FOR THIS. I WISHED I WOULD HAD LISTEN TO OTHER PEOPLE BEFORE I EVEN ASKED FOR AN ESTIMATE.
By phone they give you a good price once there they take to long to attend you then the all of a sudden the price is threw the roof😒 nice people though
