I came for an estimate thinking it was going to be fast like other places but instead they never assisted me or acknowledged me again.

This place has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. The lady working the desk will not take responsibility for their shortfalls. Blames the customer; Blames the employees for not wanting to work; Blames the other companies who send them parts; i do not recommend this place at all. There are many other places in laredo. Pick any of them. Theyre all be better.

Pretty nice place, employees were nice did not have any problem with the part I was looking for
