Unacceptable business practice. Sold me clearview doors for 2018 Ranger as new. Received doors after a month delay and then the hardware was wrong. Two weeks later, got hardware. Went to install and passenger door window latch was broken.I thought it was odd when the doors arrived and they were fully assembled. The only loose parts was the hinges and latch items. Dealer sold me a return item that had a broken part.I would not recommend this place.

Unfortunately they are the closest KTM authorized motorcycle dealer to me, and I am in the Rio Grande valley of Texas. I rode there this past week to check them out and see what they could do to help me and I was impressed with the facility with the amount of rolling stock and accessories in the store. The folks in sales and in service were both knowledgeable and helpful. KTM needs to establish a dealership here where I live because there are a million and a half people without a close dealer.

Do not recommend to buy in the bmg xtreme sport they do not help at all I and my sister bought a 2020 polaris ranger 570 crew and since day one they took long to send us are roof plus this is ganna be the sec time we ganna take the Polaris ranger in to get fixed plus they take for ever to get fix and when we get it it still does the same thing and they don’t even wanna help at all do not recommend it having the worst experience in my life with bmg xtreme sports 🤬🙄

Would recommend service without reservation, Emilio was a great deal of help on my 06 Ranger and I would recommend speaking to him about any required service. We had three Rangers serviced and one of the three repaired. Just plain good customer service.

Made an early trip to the BMG Shop in an attempt seek repairs on an older model Polaris ATV and was met by some wonderful and courteous staff members that were anxious to help me with my needs. One particular lady (Seilin R.) was very competent with her parts knowledge and quickly assisted me with both parts (in stock) and others that needed to be ordered. If all customers get treated this proficiently, the BMG Shop Team will continue to be successful...!!!

From night to day on the service side, attentive and knowledgeable staff, great selection of bikes and equipment, from sea to highway to dirt roads whatever you need you have your one stop shop right here dont look someplace else, shop Laredo!

HORRIBLE !Not Even a one star place.Would Not recommend this place at all.Really Unprofessional and Childish Customer service.Shame on some of their employees.It’s your job to help a former client of yours and not make them feel like a burden to you!Sad some people don’t know how to treat their customers.Customer Service should always be your number one priority!If you have a manufactures problem with a bike or any problem at all definitely expect them to act bothered by it and be childish with social media .
