I understand that when i went they had a rush hour and it was closing time . I asked a worker that was restocking for help to find a break light . He told me he couldnt help me because that was not his job and I said thank-you and went my way. The same employee that refused to help me insisted on helping and I said well if you cant help as you said I understand. I agreed for him the help after all .then after he helped he directed me to the line to pay . To my surprise it was the wrong line . Another employee told customers approaching the register he would be with them in a moment. So I told him so i was next to pay and he said no ur not you are after all those other customers.

Amazing customer service. They helped me out and checked if any other AutoZone in the city had the part I needed for my vehicle in stock.

I work for Moveras/ All Trans Remanufactured Transmissions and getting hold of this store is a STRUGGLE. I called about 5 times, got placed on hold for over 10 minutes each time. Got hung up on after waiting each time, called back 2 more times and got hung up AGAIN, finally got a hold of someone and she was very rude answering and transferring me to commercial, name was Sarah. I really hope someone teaches her about customer servicing.

The manager refused to replace the battery under warranty after Auto Zone checked the battery and advised that we got a bad battery.After purchasing a new battery from them and bringing back the old BAD battery, Auto Zone manager refused taking it back under warranty saying that the battery was actually not bad. NO help and no understanding from manager. Dont care attitude. No more Auto Zone for all 16 Ram promasters we got. We will never come back there again for anything.

It was a mix of experiences The associate that I asked for help was good even in changing the product I bought for another one, but there was an associate that was sweeping by the door and saw me that I was going to exit grabbed a trash can and went to the door, I thought he is doing his job and wants to go home but a few minutes later I asked him for help and advise and he acted like he did not heard me.

They said my battery was good and it wasnt true

Worst customer service from the manager Armando.

Check engine light turned on, the employee check the car and gave me the codes I needed. He explained what it was gave me a print out of the results from the engine test. Very knowledgeable and courteous. They all took their time to ensure the customer left satisfied.

Terrible service from the woman attending at the counter. She was very rude when I asked about an offer that was displayed in the front door, she said she was only there to cover, and that she does not know anything and will not help me.. she said I needed to call the auto zone number and she even did not give me that specific number.I have no need to bare with employees that does not care about the customers. I will not return to this place. After I made a stop in OReillys... way much better customer service experience.

Younger employees are very nice and help you right away. Older employees on the other hand give you attitude and dont know how to work the system at all.

The guy at the counter didnt want to check my lights or turn signal switch. I told him that on YouTube I saw what to check and it said a replay he said NO it doesnt carry one. I told him fuses he said NO your truck doesnt have fuses its all electric. I was like buddy I may be a girl but I sure as hell am not that dumb for you to tell me it doesnt have fuses and my truck is not electric completely. He said just go outside and wait for me. While we waited we were even able to walk down to the store at night came back and still he hadnt came out because my father in law was waiting for him. I walked in and said thank you so much for your service your not worth a dime or care about for what others do need Im surprised you still ha e a job. I asked for a manager not a bit in the world did the manager at a very old age answered to me not one sorry or anything was its the turn signal switch I told him it works when it wants to and theres a click noise and he says Ive been doing this for years. Got to mechanic and he said its the relay he changed it and boom everything started working correctly I had to go back to get my 138 dllrs part and they didnt want to give me my no at back I didnt use it and it wasnt what I was looking for

Its good that its open 24hrs but the service has to be better, about 25 minutes to pay for an item that cost 3.24 sad thing is i couldnt get that item at walmart becuase if i could i would have left, so had to stay and pay. Also the employees should be more attentive of the customers many could have just simply walked out with the items in their hands since there was no one at the register/s or with the line growing just to look for parts.

I had purchased a battery at that store a few months ago with a warranty for 2 years, but they came up with the excuse that they couldnt replace my battery because they didnt have a way to track the purchase past July of this year. It is ridiculous that a large company like that have such a bad customer service, starting with the manager from the location at San Bernardo Ave in Laredo,TX which he gave me an attitude and did not do anything to assist the situation. I guess this is the type of service that they provide at this stores. 😠😠😠😠😠

Only place in laredo thats open 24/7. Customer service is okay but still give it a 5 star cause no matter the time I can shop for the parts I need.

Called in to have parts on hold. Arrived at store and cashier told me that no items were on hold under my name and with an attitude. Had to wait on Iine to get and pay for the parts I need.

They should try and hire more qualified people.
