I took my vehicle in today to get recall repairs done that I scheduled last week and was told it would take a couple of hours to repair. I took it in at 11 am and was told it should be completed by about 5:30-6pm. I call at around 5pm to get an update on the repairs and was told it would need to stay until the following day as it would be a “longer process to repair”. They had it for 6 hours by then, and couldn’t call me with this update and possibly give me time to figure out what to do? I was at work with no vehicle as had driven me back to work in their “shuttle”. It was clear they hadn’t even begun to work on it as I still had the option to go pick it up. Meaning the vehicle was still in tact. They said they completed one of the recalls as it was an update, but I received no confirmation of it for my records. Maybe because it wasn’t a paid service on my end, they left me until the end, which didn’t leave them enough time. Even then, I requested additional services specifically, as it had already been diagnosed by another party(one of them caused by the recall itself), and they were wanting to charge me $180 just to diagnose it themselves. Only then would they be able to work on it. I passed on that and just asked for the recall repairs. I’ll be taking it back at a later date at the time they open. Hopefully the outcome will be a more positive one and I’ll update the rating then higher than the one star. First I need to focus on the repair I was going to pay for but at a different service center. That issue was suspension related and dangerous if I leave it for a later date.

Horrible customer service!! Had one sales person helping us then he dumped us onto another sales person who didnt know how to explain the breakdown of payments. After 3 days and finally signing for our new vehicle they didnt have it ready which no one informed us of before signing. So then I was promised a personal delivery to my home and that person texts me telling me to call someone else because he is going out of town with a customer when he promised to deliver it personally. Tried calling to complain and NO ONE answers the phone, the receptionist do not listen and just hang up. Day 4 now and despite having signed I still dont have my new vehicle and no one has called me nor do they answers my calls. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

The worst experience I have ever had in the service department. I called Laredo Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram to make an appointment to service the battery of my Ram 1500. The operator looked up my information and stated my battery was under warranty and to bring it in to replace, I get to the dealership only to find out it wasnt under warranty and the service advisor said not to worry we will replace it for $350.00. They want you there to give you bad news and then pay out of pocket for those who think there are no other options. I went to Advance Auto and bought a Die Hard with a 3 year warranty for $220.00.

Ive been here twice and they cant repair a simple air sensor or bother to call you and give you any information or resolutions ! Dont bring your vehicle here for service. Youre better off taking it to another dealership, mechanic shop or better yet to discount tire to get your air sensor issues repaired.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I’ve spent three days trying to get a hold of anyone in the service department at the Laredo, TX location about my truck that has been there over a week and hasn’t even been looked at. I’ve left messages and call back number and nobody has returned my call. I’ve asked to speak to service manager, Joel, left a message and return phone number and also have not received a call back. This service is pathetic once you’ve purchased a vehicle.

Pesimo!!!My vehicle is 2015, and I purchase the extended warranty... thank God, because this Journey has been having problems since 2016!! This last time was like one month ago....I turned in my vehicle Tuesday at 8:00 am and they didnt give me a diagnosis till Saturday around noon. The mechanic shop seems to be overwhelmed.They dont answer the phone, or they just leave you on the line...I have the extended warranty, (the most complete), and a car rental is included on it, but I had to pay around 15 dls daily, because they made a deal with Enterprise for $45.00 daily (for any car size or type), and the insurance that THEY sold me only cover $35.00 per day.They took 5 days to tell me what was wrong!!My vehicle have the MOPAR EVTS, and I had to comeback to them because this wasnt working, I caled to tell them, and I had to talk with 6 different people, 4 of them didnt know what was EVTS, and they left me waiting on the line, Manuel answered me and he told me that he knew what was I talking about, and he transfered me to someone to make an appointment, and again I was left on the line for several minutes, Brisa answered me and then I asked to talk again with the supervisor, but he was with another customer... well, finally Joel, the supervisor told me to go any day at any time to fix the evts...

From the 3 times in 3 years not one single time have I had good experience with service department. My vehicle has been in service since the past Tuesday to get an ignition coil replaced and some harness wiring. Been trying all morning to get in contact with service department to request an ETA on my vehicle up to now they had the audacity to tell me it just got approved by the warranty knowing so well it has extended warranty on everything. I need the vehicle by today I’ve been without one asking for rides trying to find a way to transit to work, back home, etc etc, and they still tell me that it might be ready either by today or tomorrow. Laredo Dodge I need assistance on this ! Please improve your customer service ! Please improve your same employees for the 2-3 years !

First time buying at Laredo dodge and not happy at all. Bought a $56k Alfa Romeo, I told them about the tires (price $1,800) that were worn out, after the sale they didnt do anything. I also let them know about the front collision off light being on and they stated it would only work when cruise control was on. After I took delivery of vehicle read user manual and it states that when this light comes on we should take it to the dealer. We bought this vehicle last week and now the service throttle message came up followed by the service engine and they dont do anything about it. I will never go back to this dealership.Then they send the response to email them just so public can see they are doing something about it, but I sent Mr Rubio an email and no reply back.Update, took vehicle to Alfa Romeo for the issues it has and they tell me vehicle has prior damage (wrecked) amd thats the cause of the issues it has so warranty wont cover and I habe to pay. That part being crucial as I needed the license plates to be registered in CA not TX.Long story short, Oziel made it happen! They are quick to sell but the worst when it come to service your vehicle. My vehicle has a recall. On June I did an appointment for 2 weeks later. They ask me about my vehicle and the recall to fix. The day before they confirm the appointment by phone. I got to the dealer 30 min before the accorded time. I have to wait an hour pass my appointment time and when they finally talk to me it was to tell me that they dont have the part that they were supposed to replace. They told me they will call me when they get the part. That was in June. Today, November 28, I still waiting for that call. In the end I fix the recall paying for it in another place. I will never buy a vehicle here.

If your looking for a Vehicle go next door to Toyota I’ve bought two cars there previously and I’ve never had issues when in service.I bought a truck 6 months ago and I took it in for the ac not blowing they told me it’s going to take up to 3 days for a diagnose after they already kept it overnight I had to call them no Courtesy call and they can’t rent me a car until a diagnose is made . they got a mess there buyers beware!!!Ps,this is with a appointment a week in advance

I went in to buy my Jeep Grand Cherokee that I had been wanting for awhile and it was a not so good experience for me. I was promised tint and 4 oil changes with my car only to find out once I was already inside the finance office I would not be getting them because my car was appraised for more money than it should have. I know they want to make sales but things shouldnt be promised to customers if they wont be coming through. I had a much better experience at Sames buying my cars than at dodge. I bought a 44,000 dollar car tint and free oil changes should be a given not up for discussion. Needless to say next time I want a Jeep id rather go out of town to buy it.
