Order was delayed for a few weeks due to a back order of the shirts I ordered. I wish they would’ve told me that it was on back order so that I can choose a different color or style. Customer service is alright.

Will only get work done here in Laredo. Best service, always get my embroidery done right the first time, quick turnaround. Love that they send an email to confirm colors and locations of logos on all articles of clothing I drop off. After going somewhere before that would take way too long (I would call and they would say “it’ll be ready tomorrow” over and over) I made the switch to Stitch and Print. Magali is always so helpful with our business needs. Thank you Stitch and Print!

Terrible communication, never gives accurate Time of when clothes will be ready. How does it take almost 2 months to make 12 softball shirts? No updates at all when asked terrible service 0/10 dont use their services.

Buyer BEWARE!!! Do not buy any Letterman jackets here. They will sell you leather sleeves but give you vinyl. When I picked up owner assured me that they were leather. Went the next day and told another worker to check order since I was not convinced and 2nd lady told me they made a mistake and ordered vinyl. Was told sorry and that I only had store credit and if not used it would be lost. Told her to verify order before paying last payment to make sure it was correct, and was told they did ordered the correct one. So disappointment, that they would not offer a refund after they are the ones who make a mistake. Please double check your order before paying.

I have to say that I am disappointed with the embroidery done because I saw all this positive reviews. The embroidery is not legible and some of the letters look awful. I have always taken my uniforms to another embroidery business but I wanted to try your business. This will be the first and last time I will go to your business and believe me I will not give any recommendations!

Horriblee!!! It’s almost going to be a year since I got my fitting for my letterman and I still haven’t gotten it, i paid $156 for patches and i haven’t gotten that either, I went ahead to go ask for a refund and they wouldn’t give it to me and they also didn’t give me a receipt to show proof that I paid for those patches. don’t order letterman or patches from here

I have had the WORSE experience of my life at this low quality place.I placed my order over a month ago and have yet to receive it. I have called multiple times with different versions as to why my order isnt ready. Everyone there seems to be lost and say they will give me a call back and NEVER do. I even got called that my order was ready when it WASNT. As of today, my order is still not ready and I am still waiting on a call back from the owner ANA.

I placed my order in May for my letterman jacket. Its October right now and I havent received a call from them when they said they would, still dont have my jacket either. This is really disappointing when the price I paid for the jacket was not cheap. Overall horrible service.

Horrible experience. ZERO STARS if possible.Took 6... SIX....months to get a back name patch. Called twice to check during the process and always received a no, its not in yet. AFTER 6 months, and having to physically go in to check for the patch, they still attempted to charge us to sew it on. After I refused they asked me to sign a completion paper work.... Please keep in mind, they still HAVENT placed the front name either (that was already paid for)!! This letterman jacket was far from complete and they dare ask me to sign a completion paper so they can just collect the money. School is over in a few weeks, and this letterman will not even be able to be shown off. What a wast of money and What SCAMMERS. Horrible service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!UPDATE-- STILL WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.Brother went to pick up jacket today and we were referred to as the girls who made a big commotion BY THE MANAGER. Childish act for a lady who attempted to scam us out of our front name stitch (after we had already paid for it) and refused to complimentary stitch on the back name patch after we waited 6 months.

During this time, my attempts to ask for information and status of the order have been met with excuses and misleading information. The but service in Laredo Texas. It tells you that the T-shirts will be ready by Friday and the event is on Saturday and results that until Monday they have lists but until 6pm when they are closed. The saleswomen with the but attitude.
