I love going to bath & body works but today was a terrible experience out of all the times I’ve been there. This cashier 1249102 was rude and didn’t approve my 20% off coupon with my purchase because today they had the sale of $3.50 each soap and she said “I can’t use my coupon with that discount because it’s already a discount” then I told her that I’ve done it many times since 2015 when I started shopping there. Then she proceeded to tell me in a rude way “sorry but I don’t make the rules if you scroll down the website it shows can’t be combined with any other coupons” which it has always worked! The only time my coupons never worked together where when I tried using the 20% off and the free item coupons together which is understandable but using 20% coupons in the store while there is a sale has always worked!

Bath and Body Works online returns policy indicates: “ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN OPTIONS We just want you to love it! Return anything, anytime for any reason. 100% Guaranteed.”However, I guess the cashier at Bath and Body Works at Mall Del Norte in Laredo,TX is not aware of this policy. This is the second time I try to return candles I purchased online, and return in-store. The cashier asked why I was returning, and I informed her I didn’t like the scent upon arrival. She asked if I had burned them and I replied I had not. She then states, “well let me see if I can make the return”. She then proceeds to tell me that I can only get store credit. I immediately asked why, but she doesn’t reply. She continues “checking” the system with a number she finds on my online receipt. She finally tells me she can refund me in cash, and proceeds to do so. This is extremely disappointing. The cashiers should be trained and made aware of their companies’ return policy. Now I will be reluctant to purchase any additional items from Bath and Body Works.

Bath and Body Works is located inside the Mall. It is a great store I go to to get presents for family and friends. All of their lotions and cremes have a great aroma. They offer many products for women and men and for the household.

Sales associates are so friendly and helpful. Theyre never annoyed by coupons either. They actually walk you over to areas themselves.

Youre allowed to enter, but in limited amounts. Browsing is permitted, to a degree.

Sometimes its a little bit pricey but the products they sell are great sometimes you can find really good deals like two for one or buy two get one free. But always check your receipt

One of the best places to fill the aromatic mood your in. Either it be romantic, fresh,beachy, or fruity. They always have it. Great sales always...
