One of my favorite things to buy is foundation and I probably have four or five in my collection. Ive tried finding a nice foundation here more than a couple times but they would always match me to a yellow undertone foundation when I have rosy undertones...which I didnt find out till later on at another store. When you ask for help theyll try to push something you didnt ask for or pretend they didnt see you. Basically its either they ignore you even exist or they ask you if you need help every 5 seconds. Its been awhile since Ive gone but the last time I went I had four or five items in my hand that I didnt mind carrying because they werent heavy. Then this sales lady kept asking me if I wanted to carry them in a bag. After telling her no a couple times I got annoyed and I left the stuff I was going to buy at Sephora and decided to order it online instead. Id rather wait to get a package then have to deal with people that dont listen

I wish I could walk in and not feel like I’m being judged! Half the girls in there have no idea what they’re doing. I’d rather they take the time and hire actual professionals than girls who are snobby and who don’t even care.

Young lady who did my make-up was really helpful and great at what she did, but hated that I had gone 2 weeks earlier asking for Fenty foundation which was out of stock. I was told that when I came in for my make-up it was gonna be in-stock and it still wasnt. I was told I can order it online at the register and I did... got home to receive my order confirmation through email and the lady ordered me the wrong shade after both the lady who did my make-up and I told her the shade number. So I called JCPenney customer service and told me they could no longer cancel the order. You can only believe how mad I am to have to wait over a month to get the make-up I want.Horrible experience for a make-up lover.
