That store was very hot in there..like they had no air con .

I ordered a pair of shoes online but they didnt fit me when I picked them up yesterday. I went in today and they gave me amazing customer service on returning them. I left with shoes that fit my feet. Thank you Shoe Carnival.

I dont recommend to purchase shoes or anything else in this store what so ever. The store is never clean; really unorganized. Out of all the times Ive visited the store, I have never found my shoe size. The costumer service is awful, employees dont do much to help you find what youre looking for.
