The store has very good fruits, vegetables and meat. Store is. very clean. The problem here is the owner and her employees. Theyre very rude and disrespectful to the customer. When Mr. Narvaez was alive it was a different story. He was a sweetheart.

They no longer accept WIC. Had to wait outside for the first time. The meat is best in town. Limes are always better priced here

Called to ask if they had Fajita and they hung up on me for for not speaking Spanish 2 times. Oh well, their loss. My order was for 30 lbs. Someone else will appreciate it.

I like the store alot I remember when me and my family used to go and buy meat and other items but I do miss not going there all the time but I still go with my dad whenever Im visiting on vacations or other special events in Laredo tx hope someday this store could have locations across Texas because they really serve quality items

I summarize it as follows:It is the worst treatment I have received. My 3-year-old girl was injured by a grill that was badly located. He scratched his arm with an iron that came out. When asking the cashier to come see what happened and to fix the detail. Blanca Calzado the supervisor instead of responding in a kind way, told me that there was no kindergarten to play instead of worrying about the incident. The important thing is that I took the girl next to me when the incident happened and thats why my anger. He kept telling me that I was a problem when I got angry at what he said. That person is arrogant, foolish, disrespectful, and ridiculous. It is not what it seems because by sight it seems to be a SENORA, but just do not speak because it ruins everything. I left until the store ran. In the end Mrs. Narvaez came out apologized and wanted to fix the incident with a palette for the girl, but the service was already ruined. If that had been done by the supervisor from the beginning, everything would have been different. I am not referring to the palette of ten cents but to the apology.Incidents happen everywhere but it is the way they are treated which makes a strong business. I cannot believe that after so many years they have not learned to deal with such a simple problem. It went from being a simple accident to the worst experience for someone.
