Im really sorry for having to post this because the young sales man ( Justin) offers outstanding customer service. The reason I am posting this today is because the person who lacks good customer service is the owner. I have been a customer for about two years now. I dont go in there buying the cheap audio equipment and Ive recommended a few people do to Justins customer service. Today I went in to purchase a radio installation kit which by the way it is sold separately from the manufacture and the owner also had it priced separately but he refused to sell it to me. I have worked in the audio sales business and I would have never done that to a repeat customer. I wouldnt want to loose a sale and a customer over a kit. He was still going to make a 700 dollar profit on the kit I was trying to buy. So, after going back and forth the only thing he offered was to match the price on the radio I had already purchased at a better price from another local store, a store credit on a Brand new item I was trying to exchange, or a 15% restock fee. I returned the item at the 15% restocking fee. I will no longer be giving Sound Connection my money or my buisness.

I have had bad internet and issues with wifi for years. Sound connection came assessed my situation gave me a reasonable quote. I will definitely use them again for new cameras.

Justin had helped me out he was very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. If you don’t know what you’re looking for he definitely has good recommendations and Doesnt break the bank. Very professional and overall a cool guy to help you out.

Told me to come back at a specific time. Came back. Then they said 30 minutes to start working on truck. An hour later they haven’t started work... why can’t people do what they say in this pocho hell?

Sound Connection did a complete sound system upgrade, new door speakers w/sound dampening, tweeters, 2 new amps and a JL Audio downfiring Stealthbox w/2-12in subs mounted under the back seat in my 2019 F150. They also did a BIG 3 electrical upgrade under the hood. I received outstanding customer service from all the staff especially Justin and Vijay. They took the time to answer my many questions as well as explain everything to me. Sound Connection provided a professional and clean installation by Luis. His overall detail was absolutely amazing especially in his wire management. Justin, Vijay and Luis far exceeded my expectations and I will be a returning customer for many years.

The service here is amazing. Very very professional. A sales rep/advisor that went by the name of Manuel was extremely helpful, polite and respectful. They will not try to screw you over.
