Rafael was awesome! He looked up the problem in his computer and gave me a couple of options. he was very honest. I really appreciated that because he told me that it would be cheaper for me to get a new phone the same model than to fix the cracked screen You should go by and see him if you need help.

Manuel is the bomb! I only didn’t give 5 stars because it cost more than I expected, BUT.... everything else was top notch. iPhones are just expensive, but Manuel worked with me and we figured it out SUPER NICE GUY!

My charging port for my iPhone needed to be replaced. Went in and they told me it would take about 45 minutes. Came back and it was done. Staff was great and amicable.

The gentleman on duty was amazing. My phone had an issue that I could NOT take care of and he got it in like just a cpl minutes. Was awesome thank you again sir.

Mobile addiction is the absolute worst! prices are riculously high for extremely low quality!! i paid $180+ only to go back there twice because the screen was no put on properly! I heard igadget is less expensive and good quality. sorry mobile addiction but if you want to charge that much the least you can do is do it right the first time in order to not give the inconvenience of having to go back there again and again.
