My son sends me one of this bouquets for my birthday!!! I eat it! I love it n it is always fresh and so yummy. My son lives out of town and they deliver to my job, on time and its just a beautiful edible arrangement. I love it, I love it, I love it! And I eat it!!

Im all for supporting the small business owner that has this franchise BUT the last few times Ive placed order here the deliveries take FOREVER. Even if you place a note when placing orders they go completely ignored. For those reasons this place has lost my business.

Quick and friendly service. I just had to call and correct the room number for the delivery. The person that took my order got the number completely wrong. The delivery charge to Doctors Hospital was $14.95 I believe. Im not too sure of the cents, but it was fourteen and change.

I did a lot of research to find a place that would deliver my order. I Place the order over a week prior to Valentines day. I wanted to surprise my wife at her job and do something special, but to my surprise the order was not deliver. Since my order was not deliver I decided to pick it up myself. When I arrived my order was not ready. This was a very frustrating experience to have in a day like this. I was not able to surprise my wife in this most popular day.

They are so polite. I went last minute to purchase an arrangement today (one day before Valentines Day) and they still let me place an order! I cant say how much I appreciate that. Alot of other places would turn you away but they were so kind and polite even under so much stress of so many orders. It came out perfect and they even helped my by carrying it to my vehicle. Its a little pricey but I think its worth it. Its made fresh and looks beautiful!

Rude. Unprofessional. Sloppy work. Insinuated that I was a liar.I will definitely not be doing business with this location again! The manager Kathy was rude, unprofessional and raised her voice at me from the beginning of the conversation; as well as pretty much insinuating that I was not telling the truth. The location in itself was unprofessional when an employee called me to ask me to text her the photo of the received item, to her personal cell phone...professional? I think not. I did contact corporate and they had the owner, Claudia call me. I attempted to speak to her but from the beginning they she was defending her staff, staying that she is surprised that they would raise their voice to a customer, that would be out of character for her and repeatedly cut me off when I was talking and would talk over me despite me trying to interrupt her and tell her that I was still trying to say something. The address was printed incorrectly and driver had a hard time finding the house, the color was red and looked more like a Christmas wreath than a pumpkin, the decor itself was incomplete and definitely sloppy; as if they forgot they had this order and threw it together. In addition to all this nonsense, the employee and manager said I was the only one of the orders that complained...that matters how? I will never do business with this location again!

Hard to get a hold of. Rude once you do. Don’t deliver on time.

Great owner and very nice customer service!!! I love the salted caramel dipped apple truffles & cant get enough of the chocolate dipped strawberries. Fruit is always fresh. I will definitely go back and order some more fruit arrangements or just for a snack!😀

They had NO birthday balloons any color nor design 👎🏻I had to take my own👎🏻I wanted the Birthday vase They didn’t have it either 👎🏻 and to top it off they couldn’t tell me a estimate time of my delivery I called at noon n they told me “1 more arrangement was going to be delivered then mine was next” !!!! They had originally said my arrangement was going to be deliver any time before 3 N QUESS WHAT❓❓ they deliver it @4 15 minutes before my daughter came out of School 😡😡😡😡😡I couldn’t take a picture because Fruit was nasty 🤦🏼‍♀️😭 #worstplaceever #neveragain

Edible Arrangements is absolutely the best!!! I have purchased arrangements for different occasions and have been 100% satisfied. Their customer service has been excellent. Thank you Edible Arrangements for making every special occasion extra memorable and delicious.

Edible arrangements are great. The only problem is their customer servive by one particular employee, Paty. She can be unflexible and lacks customer service skills. She denied my 8yr old a free sample that was being advertised on their website because she said they didnt have any. When I spoke to manager she said that should not have happened. Manager was on the contrary very good and apologetic for her employees lack of skills.

The service here is poor and the owner Claudia is very unprofessional. I had to call five times to check a status on an order. They lied to me saying that they went to deliver at my fiancés work but they told her she no longer worked there. The owner hung up on me and insulted me by calling me ridiculous. Furthermore, the owner had me question the driver and offered no solutions. She refused to give me her information or corporates information and told me to look online for it. Franchises like these do not make it in Laredo because of so called owners like Claudia. Buyers BEWARE! because if something is wrong they will turn it on you and try to make you think its your fault. I wish owners could be professional and understand what customer service is. By the way the arrangement was sloppy as if it were rushed and was far from what the picture looked like.

Ive ordered from edible arrangements a couple of times some people may complain that its pricey but you get what you pay for. The product is excellent.

IVE BEEN ORDERING EVER SINCE I FOUND OUT THAT IT OPENED, THE STAFF IS EXTREMELY NICE AND HAPPY TO HELP YOU, TOBE HONEST MOST OF THE TIMES I ORDER IS JUST BECAUSE THEY PROBABLY HAVE THE BEST FRUIT AND CHOCOLATE COVERED APPLES IVE EVER TASTED....IN FACT IM GONNA ORDER SOME AGAIN!!..GREAT PLACE GREAT OWNERSHIP!!!

On time and looks great and I asked to see if they could bring it to my car right outside the store and they had no problem but had my orders with vases instead of mugs they offer the things so easily and at the end they just say they ran out after the order was put in a week in advance thanks for making me feel ripped off guys. Other than that np. It just makes you feel bad you expect to give your loved ones somenthing and you get somenthing else without warning or compensation for the mistake of course I would feel bummed.

I have bought several arrangements for different occasions and everytime I have been very satisfied with the service and the arrangements. EVERYONE at Edible Arrangements has always rendered excellent service and the arrangements have had plenty of fruit and have tasted deliciously. I recommend it to anyone for any occasion or JUST BECAUSE. Oh, and the fuit bowls, smoothies, or anything to go is also fresh, fast and delicious......love to go there for pineapple, banana strawberry smoothie......mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
