I always find what I am looking and more.Always lots of sales.

I ordered a back pack online and it said that there were 3 items in the store. That it would take 2 hours to have my order ready. After 5 hours I decide to go to the store and check it out. The first lady I talk to says that it takes up to 4 hours to have orders ready. I tell her that its been 5 hours. They send me to another dept. where they now say it takes up to 6 hours. I asked both ladies if they had the item cause I really needed it if not so I can go elsewhere and look for it. Both told me they did have the item in stock for me not to worry. I left and after 8 hours I call to follow up and they cancelled my order cause they dont have the item. Thank you JCPenney for reminding me why I dont shop at your store ever. Last time for me.

I haven’t been to JCPenney in a long time and it was disappointing to see it now. I ordered some items and had to go inside for a pick up. Customers returns wasn’t next to the salon anymore so I asked. The associate was all nice and friendly speaking with the newly hired employee but when I said asked where customer service was I got a different tone. Anyways! Pick up went well. The other associate was much friendlier.The store needs a major new upgrade, an elevator that doesn’t sound like it’s going to get stuck and the escalator was making way too much noise.The store was clean. I do wish that you didn’t open til 11am. Plenty of parking space outside. Outside was clean as well.

JCP Store was super hot inside. And you need to do something about making customers go all the way upstairs to return items. Ridiculous!We used to be able to return items at any register

The store is okay. I dont recommend you order online to arrive at this store. Have it shipped to your location, its worth the cost compared to dealing with lazy customer service.

JCPenneys was really nice didnt have a whole lot of assistance but I did find some clearance stuff and a couple of things that I liked and took home as a souvenir when I come back to Dallas I might go to JCPenneys maybe not I dont

Went to Sephora and omg It was so dam hot in there. They need to do something about the excessive lights in the jewelry department and the Sephora department. It makes the shopping experience a hell hot nightmare..

Its still a good place to shop, even during Covid19 times.If you placed a curbside pick-up order, I recommend you use their special parking but go inside the store to pick up your order. Their call-in pick-up still has flaws, so avoid the wait.

I would give it a higher rating to JcPenney, but the clearance section was not well attended by its associates and the two ladies employees who were working on the area had nothing but an unfriendly expression. I was accompanying my sister who later decided to go to the makeup area which the sales representative Jose changed it for this shopping experience. His attentiveness and knowledge on the products made it a more pleasant shopping experience. However, the cleanliness of this section was very poor, and most of the tester products were not working or empty. I would recommend to have this area more well kept and recognize its employees to motivate them to greet and serve its customers. Overall, I would recommend to all shoppers to go and look for Jose in the Cosmetics area and keep in mind that the location is not one of the best well kept when it comes to hygiene. Even though it should be main one well-kept since people are trying products on their face or skin. INDEED, try the HUDABEAUTY (The Overachiever Concealer) !! Te Cubre Hasta LA SUEGRA!!.

Other than the customer service was good considering that it was near Christmas. The problem with the store is that too much stuff is put in the middle of walking and paying area. It causes alot of pushing around by people.

JC Penny has always been my favorite store. They have many styles of clothing, home goods and furnishings. The place is always clean and well organized. The employees always have a smile and are eager to help. I always find what I am looking for. Also, they have constant deals, coupons and many savings throughout the month.

Poor customer service, I miss that JCP. The transition to JCPenney is horrible. The store looks like a Ross or Flee market. Is crowded in clothes, not attractive. Employees are not friendly at all. Good prices, good coupons but not customer service.

I like this JC Penney because it has a Sephora store that is very well stocked with a lot of merchandise. They also have a good selection of womens blouses and shoes. You can find a lot of sales at this store.

Perfect store to buy clothing.

I personally love JcPenny they have many deals and have everything from womens clothes to mens clothes, childrens clothes and house decor and appliances. Their prices are also very well thought.

I enjoy shopping at JCPenny, however it was definitely overwhelming with how crowded the store is. I feel like there was just too much going on! Great deals though.

My favorite place to shop for mens clothing and white goods. Watch for sales, discounts and coupons for the best prices. Your savings will surprise you if you combine sales with coupons. Quality of store brands is excellent. Employees are very friendly and eager to help. Paying for your is not the most efficient and can be tedious. Free wifi but reception is weak. For some reason, I have always found the entrances and exits to parking to be confusing.
