Laura Customer Service took care of me, recommended other places to go and gave me directions. Quality person showed mad luv. I would go back to shop there now. Warm, hospitable down to earth normal good people.

You better know spanish if you have any questions. Majority of employers only speak Spanish

Definitely a very busy walmart. I think one of the busiest Ive ever been to in a while. But self checkout lanes were moving rather quickly so if you only have a few items to buy youll be in and out quick.

Very basic, no hot food to take out, no fruits or vegetables, big clothing selection tho.

I had a great time. Love to save money. 🙂

Jeffery in the electronic department was great. He helped with even the loading of the tv.

My kids love this wslmart, staff are friendly everything is well shelved.

People are helpful but their money center is always down 🤔 pretty well stocked ..bathrooms are clean as well.

Im just glad to get in a Walmart without being harrased about wearing a mask.

It would be nice for all Walmart to have some stuff in all the Walmarts. I got excited to find several different items that Walmart from Minnesota doesnt have. Walmart was clean and organized and was able to find things quickly with it been the first time there.

I get it Walmart doesn’t treat their employees that well. Supposedly, I don’t know I don’t work there so I can’t really be 100% sure on that one. However, I can’t say that I travel for US and I’ve stopped at show many different Walmarts throughout this country every one of them their employees are absolutely horrible. There is an exception, I have found that go to the Walmart that is located in the country not in a city limits i.e. Big cities the employees are extremely helpful. Not all of them but much better than you will get going into any city Walmart.

This store is better manage than others in town. Aisles are clean, merchandise displayed in orderly fashion. It appears employees strive to be most helpful. They need more employees on the floor to help customers; and management needs to make themselves more visible.

Came for a quick stop. Had the worst experience with San Juan. She was very rude. Just hope I dont bump into her again at this Walmart. Needs to learn better customer service.

It was super busy. Went there to buy somethings plus do a Walmart to Walmart transaction. Well when they closed the lane down for customer service people was jumping ahead of us that had been in line for well over 30 minutes..mind you these people was not in line they walked up after the strip had been put behind the last person and instead of leaving they waited until someone left the counter and just walked right over knowing that they was not next nor in line.

Oil change there today, took a bit longer than I expected, but good service overall.

There is not a whole lot that is different between one Walmart and the next. But in this one, they fail to understand that sometimes you are in a hurry and the employees act like their own stress is bigger than the customers. Ive visited for years and most of the times have left with this feeling.

Not the largest one in area but they have Macs and Beef tallow. Hard to find stuff.

I visited the pharmacy and they were extremely helpful and very kind.

This Walmart is always really messy and ghettofabulous. Most of the employees dont speak English and do not know the location of some items. I hope management conducts random inspections of their locations, because this one is way over due for one. Places like this one is what is wrong with Laredo. If you work for walmart act like it and dont act like if you are in the projects.

I had a bad experiance, online shopping on Walmart they cancel my purchase because of a misunderstanding on the email delivery date, and they keep sending emails and making phone calle a week after they told me there was nothing they could do

I think this Walmart is pretty decent. They carry things I havent found at other stores. They carry 3 brands of pizza. Also the brand of Greek yogurt that I like. These are things I have not found at the other large grocery store Sorianas. I know a lot of people are confused with the new traffic light system in getting in and out of Walmart. I hope they add some signage to make things more clear.

Compared to most Walmarts this one does not have a deli, pharmacy or an area for fresh vegetables. Its inner area locations are quite different.

They dont price match. Their prices are high for a Walmart. The clearance prices are just as regular prices. Not much of a difference.

Horrible as always. Never enough staff. Staff Miserable and hard to find. Food prices are outrageous unless on sale. Messy clothing section. Poor toy selection. Poor auto section. Looked everywhere for a food processor..... couldnt even find 1. I thought there would be several choices. Long, slow checkout lines. Typical Wal-Mart. Not enough staff!!!! Poor management!!!! Profit is their only priority. Only good and efficient place for getting covid-19. If you wanted anything else, Id suggest shopping anywhere else.

No produce section. I was surprised to learn this location didnt have any fresh fruit or veggies. Besides the long lines they had a lot of what I needed.

Walmart dont listen to its customers, good prices but had to stand in line for 45 minutes because only 1 cashier is open. They want for us to use the self check out registers. what happened to customer service, you ask a manager can they open more registers and their respond is I need to write to head quarters WOW! what, about our elders! they say they need to learn.

Theres this awesome employee Kevin E. that goes above and beyond in customer service, he makes the Walmart Experience 10/10, he deserves a raise. Other than that the whole store is up for a remodel tho cause it looks antiquated and outdated.
