If I could I would rate this a 0... I WOULD This morning at 10am. I went to return some items I just got 2 days ago with my receipts...Apparently they only give back a percent of money nd the rest in a gift card like who does that if u have the receipt. I talk to the manager cause SHE was there no help at all SHE was all like I CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT THE MACHINE DECIDED what it gives u I ask for the money back cash nd SHE said I cant do that Im never walking in this place again nd dont recommend to anyone either no use on saving ur receipts if they no good if u want to return ...Change the staff just didnt want to help 😕

Employees at this Ulta are not friendly, they seemed bothered when you approach them for advice &/or ask for an item. Its dirty and messy, most of everything out of place at every isle, items are not at their proper place...I went twice in one month when doors opened & everything was the same...they are out of stock & they say we just put in an order smh...hopefully they can change managers & train their employees with good customer service.

It’s a good store but the availability of the products is poor. Good customer service.

I have visited Ulta Beauty many times before but, my goodness, today is probably the best day to visit it!First off, Ulta is one of the best places for cosmetics, skin care, hair products and fragrances. It is a paradise for people who like beauty products. Even a person like me who isnt too into this scene can appreciate Ultas selection.Now, todays experience was crazy. We came into Ulta expecting to just exchange a product and came across a really good discount. Products from influencers like James Charles and Jeffree Star were 20%.These products are some of the best in quality and it is rare to see them with any form of discount. We bought several items and got more of a discount because of the Ulta membership (which I highly recommend to people who shop in Ulta even if its just once since you can get really great deals with it).We were satisfied with the purchases and the employee who attended to us was really great. She was helpful and friendly. The majority of the staff have been like this during all of our visits.Ulta Beauty is a really great cosmetics store where you can find all that you need in regards to cosmetics. If you ever have the time and need something beauty related, make your way to Ulta.

Love getting my hair done with Geraldine! She makes my Ulta experience the best by recommending products and tools for my hair and making my hair look just the way I want it.

This place has great cashiers and is always clean. I just feel like they have very little in stock.

I recently made an online purchase at ulta for an in store pickup and part of my purchase was missing so I call the local store and I’m on the line for countless minutes and no answer (that’s that I called twice for assistance) and no one could help me so I reached out to [email protected] through my email and they tell me to go to the local store for assistance but honestly I hate going to that location mainly because the store is always so unorganized and messy and the associates are always so inattentive and I read the reviews for which I keep reading which goes back for months and even a few years and no one has done anything to improve the local ulta in Laredo for which there’s been many complaints about associates and unorganized merchandise and yet there’s been nothing in affect to better the store and better our shopping experience. To those of you who shop in Laredo I recommend you shop online and have your products home delivered!

It was clean, neat, merchandise was low but customer service was poor sad that it was the manager/assistant.

Average visits here. No customer service. I’ve shopped many times for my wife and no one approaches for help. And when they do, they are not knowledgeable enough. Oh well, it’s only store like this in town.

Everything is well organized at this location. Neat and easy to find, even though some of the items I was hoping to get were out of stock already.

Best place to drop the wife off for a couple of hours and get some alone time to myself. i would give them six stars if they opened earlier, so i can drop her off earlier.

Any type of makeup, hair supplies, and beauty products you can find here from low to high end, although everything is mostly on the higher end in terms of pricing. The only reason I give 4 stars is because you can never find an employee available to help you. They are never on the floor or are always super busy. I have to go to either the salon or the front counter to ask for help.

I can overlook items being out of stock because its out of their control, but what I cannot overlook is how dirty this location is. The displays are always grimy and dusty. It ALWAYS looks this way, even on slow days.

It’s a nice place, has lots and lots of different brands to pick from, the day I went, there was no one to help me find the item I was looking for. I had to search and even look in drawers under the display to get the shade of makeup I wanted.

Melissa, was great!! Great price for a long hair & layers style. Have appointments for more things to be done with her ☺️

I literally drove 30 minutes from my job to pick up my order that only cost $13 for them just to tell me that they did not accept my ID on picture. I called customer service online to see if they could add an alternative pick up person and they told me just to call the Ulta store directly to let them know my husband would pick it up and they told me no. My next go to is Sephora.

Super disappointed I have been a loyal customers to this store that am already a diamond member for year 2021 and out of the blue the closed my credit card account where I have never missed a payment i have even paid 3 times in one month so i can have my acct active all the time

Nice place,orginized and from what i got to see clean. Been there twice first time on Black friday good expirence even when the place was packed. Second time the place was nice and calm not alot of customers. Employees were courteous and the casher was great but it felt as i didnt belong there by having two other employees following you around. They were tring to do thier job but need more training on how to not look that obivious.

Went here two weekends in a row to find my favorite lipstick, and both times it was out of stock. The store is very messy and never has anything stock. It seems like the employees are never available or around when you want to ask a question. I would rather just order online to avoid going in person.

Worst experience i’ve ever had to deal with. Considering i work at another makeup store the last thing i wanna do is make my transaction a difficult one. i recently bought some items and unfortunately needed to return some but when i made the transaction the cashier just said she was gonna return my money that i paid with MY card to a gift card!! it had been lest than a day so ik i could’ve gotten my money back into my card but since it was easier to place it in a gift card she did that instead. I had my receipt and all the items so i know it wasn’t an issue with me but the cashier and the manager. They both knew what they were doing and still did what was best for them. i’m definitely canceling my card with them.

Im a new customer lol, I wasnt all about makeup but i detail really fascinated with this store, they had almost everything u might be looking for and the salon services are just outstanding. Well located and the have both drug store brands as well high end ones, also the ladies on there are so helpful and charismatic, I feel comfortable and confident to ask any question and knowing il would be listen and respectfully treated

Coming to this ulta is a chore. I am always disappointed to find most of the popular brands out-of-stock. And returns, hang on to your receipts otherwise they will give you nickels and dimes and keep your taxes! Online orders have far too many requirements. Lastly, the Internet/cellphone service in the store is horrible. Come with your coupon already saved!!

The Ulta in laredo is bad, it smells, it is completely disorganized, the staff is unfriendly, and well it sucks compared to other locations!!

Horrible costumer service and they never know when certain items will be in stock! I would also like to mention they have people working there that are not up to date on new make up releases. I wish there was another store where I could purchase my makeup.

Been to this store twice in the last three weeks for the NYX dark circle concealer and it still hasnt been restocked. Store manager needs to address this issue, there are several items that are out of stock, been to other Ulta stores in other cities and never had this problem.

I highly recommend Dani Bernals services at the salon at this ULTA location!

Good luck if the personal worked that day, the person that handle the makeup my wife was looking for was off the lady in the other brand couldnt assist but sure told us that the following day the lady will work.

Horrible customer service! The workers do not even help you the register lady that was working yesterday lisa rung an item up that i didnt even purchase and i got charged $18 for something i didnt even buy the workers make you feel uncomfortable they are so rude and they dont smile they just stare at you up and down like i hope she dont ask me to help her i hate gping to this place i went to look for a curling wand yesterday and i asked the lady if she could help me she just pointed to the wall and said there over there and kept walking to the back like shes to busy for me ! i really like ulta in new braunsfeld texas i would rather drive all the way there instead of going to ulta in laredo !
