Avoid this place at all costs!!!!! Or show up very early before the gate opens. I checked in at 10am and it is now 3pm and we are barely being let in by the guard. Not telling what time they will take to unload. These trucks here just like me are waiting for two other trucks to get unloaded just so that we can move up in line. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS Or be prepared to wait all day. No lie, ALLLLLL DAY.

NEVER EVER deliver on this site, they do not have scale. You must go to weigh before and after downloading. You spend 1 day delivering, also you must go to wash the trailer at the end because the smell is prudent. in the end this smell remains in the trailer for several days.

Not a bad place to deliver too. But do expect to literally spend most of your day there. They are getting better (faster) at getting drivers in and out of there however.

This place is big big BS avoid this placeThey are FP never again I got there at 8:50am got out at 18:00pm.

I come here 3 times a week. Have no problems getting or out. Like alot of places down here, a bit tight, but no as bad as others. Always loaded quickly.

If only this people would enforce the no call phone while in working hours to their employees. No wonder they take long to unload.Been here for 3 hrs already. Backed up to dock.Came back to check. Caught the guy texting again.

Don’t send your driver here unless your ready for a headache . They don’t answer the phone because they know they’re full of it.

Other then the smell and laredo scales the only ones accepted to get your paperwork you will wait all day. They transload you straight to mexican carrrier trailer and use you as storage till they get one.

1 star is too much. Avoid this place if you can. First off, YOU MUST SCALE and bring them the loaded weight ticket from that same day of delivery or they will send you to get one before checking in. After youre empty hours later, you have to leave and scale again for your empty weight before you get your paperwork.Trailer will stink for a while.

Doing business with them is like doing business with the Government.

Apparently the scales at Laredo truck stops are different from the same cat scales everywhere else. Way to much run around.

Supposed to have til 1600 to unload. I got here at 1500 and the guard tried to extort $150 to unload. Do not go here if youre not Hispanic. They let 2 other trucks behind me unload because they spoke the lingo.

Small facility, open at 9am Mon-Fri. Not much area to park, so arrive early just on time.
