Arrived yesterday at the facility, I discover that he has not worked with expedia for 2 years. No sign indicating the locationBooked on July 27, only yesterday he discovered thanks to me that he had to remove 39 from his mobile number in order to contact me.He claimed that I was the one to call expedia to solve the problem.Result: returned early from holidaysTo be charged the costs of gasoline and highway for their negligence.

I stayed for four nights in this fantastic B&B.The rooms are beautiful and ultra modern, each one is equipped with Google assistent, clean and air conditioned. Juan and his wife are AMAZING people. If you want to spend your holidays in Salento, stop by this B&B.

Nice place, but the value for money is just not! On Sunday there was no milk for breakfast, the brioches were finished and the pasticciotto (the only thing left) we had to share. The daily change of bath towels is not included, you have to pay the difference in order to have it and it is not even said that it will be done. The family is certainly welcoming but should be more attentive to the details and needs (obvious and basic) of customers. Unfortunately these little things do a lot in a living room.

It is a real B&B, not a hotel or a guest house disguised as a B&B.This makes El Quinto Sol a very familiar and genuine environment, I had breakfast and talked willingly with the owners in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. In short, one feels at home.The single room, impeccably clean, is large, comfortable and the bathroom has windows. Parking is on the street but it is safe and free.Home automation enthusiasts will be pleasantly surprised by the advanced digitization of the structure.I was pleasantly impressed by the care and concern that the managers have shown in the correction, for my benefit, the reservation made through a platform known. The mistake was mine, but they worked to resolve it. Congratulations. Ill be back!
